Infrastructure: Infrastructure systems statewide are restored and more resistant to future risk. 5. Economic: Affected economy is recovered and more sustainable and resistant to future risk. 6. Natural and Cultural Resources: Natural and cultural resources are restored and preserved, and the future risk to the environment is reduced. 7.
