2 '. R20l MAY SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE ANNUAL CVL DESGN CONTRACT NO. R DATED MARCH 22, 2016, BY AND BETWEEN MCHAEL B. SCHORAH & ASSOCATES, NC. AND PALM BEACH COUNTY THS SECOND AMENDMENT to the Annual Civil Deign Contract dated March 22, 2016, (R ), hereinafter "CONTRACT" by and between Michael B. Schorah & Aociate, nc., hereinafter "CONSULTANT" and the Board of County Commiioner of Palm Beach County, a political ubdiviion of the tate of Florida, hereinafter, "COUNTY". WTNESSETH WHEREAS, on March 22, 2016, the CONSULTANT and COUNTY entered into a twelve month Annual Civil Deign Contract for engineering ervice and other related tak throughout Palm Beach County; and WHEREAS, on February 7, 2017, the multiplier wa inadvertently modified due to a crivener' error a part of the Firt Amendment; and WHEREAS, by thi amendment, the CONSULTANT and the COUNTY mutually agree to amend the CONTRACT to retore the original multiplier, with all original term, condition adhered to; and WHEREAS, the original CONTRACT provide in ection that the rate may be adjuted by negotiation; and WHEREAS, by thi amendment, the CONSULTANT and the COUNTY mutually agree to amend the CONTRACT term to modify the Fee Schedule of the CONTRACT from Exhibit Bin the Original Contract to the revied Fee Schedule provided by Michael B. Schorah & Aociate, nc., dated February 14, 2017, and attached hereto a Exhibit B2. NOW, THEREFORE, in conideration of the mutual covenant, promie, and agreement herein contained, the partie agree a follow: 1. The above recitation are true and correct and incorporated herein. 2. The CONTRACT, dated March 22, 2016, between the CONSULTANT and the COUNTY i hereby amended to retore the original multiplier of the CONTRACT. 1
