2 About perinatal Support WAshington Perinatal Support Washington is a state wide nonprofit committed to shining the light on perinatal mental health to support all families and communities. We go about this work by raising awareness, educating professionals, supporting those impacted by perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, and fostering connections between all. In 2019 Perinatal Support Washington will celebrate our 30th anniversary of supporting parents and raising awareness about perinatal mental health. 01

3 About the trauma and birth conference This regional conference will bring together professionals from diverse perspectives in the perinatal health field to learn about the impact of trauma before, during, and after birth. The conference with be 3 days and we are expecting over 300 attendees. Target Audience Our audience will consist of OB-GYNs, psychiatrists, ARNPS, psychotherapists, doulas, midwives, labor and delivery nurses, childbirth educators,lactation specialists, peers/advocates, hospital administration and staff, other health care providers that interact with parents during the perinatal period. We anticipate participants from the US and Canada. All sponsorship purchases are final. Logos will be placed on the website within 5 business days of purchase when accompanied by application, payment, signed contract and logo. It is your responsibility to deliver the items for conference packets no later than March 18, Sponsorship registration fees include exhibition table, chairs and linens. Exhibitors shall not assign, share, or sublet exhibition table space without consent of Perinatal Support Washington. Exhibitors agree to set up exhibition table prior to 8:30am each day. Exhibition tables will be open on conference days from 8am-5:30pm. Exhibitor understands Perinatal Support Washington nor the hotel is not responsible for anything lost or stolen from the exhibitor table. There is no storage available at the conference. Exhibitor understands that they are responsible for all liability insurance coverage for person and property. The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of injury or damage to Exhibitor s displays, equipment, and other property brought upon the premises of the hotel and shall indemnify and hold harmless agents, servants, and employees, and Perinatal Support Washington from any and all such losses, damages and claims. Exhibitor will be responsible for any and all additional charges imposed by the hotel and/or Conference service, including electricity, phone lines and Internet and freight charges. Perinatal Support Washington reserves the right to select or refuse all sponsors, exhibitors and advertisers. I/We agree to this sponsorship and recognize the benefits of support.
