We have found no event is like another, nor should it be. Therefore, we stay flexible in order to provide you with a more customized set of services designed to meet your needs and exceed your expectations. Our goal is to deliver one of-akind-events Like No Other! Below is a custom race theme gaming event that your guests will be sure to talk about for years to come. This event provides an interactive experience for guests of all skill and interest levels. There s something for everyone! 2 TABLE TOPS Black and white race check linen overlays $35 each Tall cocktail tables covered with MARRIOTT S black poly cloth and tied with a checkered sash $2.00 for each sash DJ $1500 EVENT MANAGEMENT Event Manager $550 Event Coordinator $250 Coordinate set up, provide and manage event staffing, run event, trouble shoot, oversee tear down ENHANCEMENTS Driver or Race Personality Appearance Custom Industrial Bar Truss with Sports Bar Theme including large Plasma s Custom Truss DJ Booth with staging Race Flag Registration Header or Door Entry Car with Photo Op (logo d pics available post event on line) Race Theme Staff Uniform Game Concierge at each station with Race Uniform Ice Carving theme or logo TERMS AND CONDITIONS Please note that in the event TMG is not utilized for the proposed event(s), any ideas taken from this proposal and used shall equate to use of the creative work product of TMG and The Client will be expected to pay the fair market value of such creative services within thirty days of the event. Fee Schedule: o Event labor fees have been estimated and will be invoiced after the event based on actual usage. Payment is due upon receipt. o All tent orders must be paid 100% in advance to reserve. This payment is non-refundable. o A 50% deposit is due with the signed contract to reserve all of the items outlined in the quote. o Balance due in full 10 days prior to the date of your event. o Full payment for add-ons will be due at the time the order is placed. o If catering is included, a final catering guest count is due 10 days prior to your event date. That number will serve as a guarantee and payment will be

3 calculated using that number. This guest count cannot be decreased. Increases in guest count will be accommodated based on product availability, substitutions may apply. Deposit: A 50% deposit is due to confirm the order as definite. The deposit is non refundable for orders placed within 30 days in advance of the event. Balance due seven business days in advance. Scheduled payments not received on the scheduled dates, will incur a financial charge of one and one-half percent (1 ½%) per month (eighteen percent 18% Annual Rate) will be added to the unpaid balance commencing on the invoice date. Failure to remit the appropriate payment (or deposits) on the above stated dates will in addition result in cancellation of all arrangements outlined in this contract and the Marriott shall be liable for amounts as described in the cancellation provision. Cancellation Provision: The Client understands and agrees that in the event of a cancellation, actual cancellation fees will be difficult to determine as TMG works well in advance of event dates. The Client agrees to the following cancellation payment schedule. Cancellations occurring 12 months to 6 months from the date of the event will forfeit their 50% deposit. Cancellations occurring 6 months to 3 months from the date of the event: 75% of the contracted balance is due All events cancelled at 3 months - 0 days out from the date of the event are due at 100% of the contracted amount. Tent payments are non-refundable. Damages: The Client will be responsible for all damages to equipment and the grounds by their guests. Force Majeure: The performance of this Letter of Agreement is subject to acts of God, war, government regulations, terrorism, disaster, strikes (except those involving the employees or agents of the party seeking the protection of this clause), civil disorder, or curtailment of transportation facilities or any emergency beyond the parties control, that would make it illegal or impossible to perform the obligations under this Agreement. Insurance: The Client shall obtain and maintain insurance in amounts sufficient to provide coverage for any liabilities which may reasonably arise out of or result from any activities conducted at the venue(s) used for this (these) event(s). Evidence of such insurance shall be provided to TMG via a certificate of insurance naming both TMG and the venue(s) in use additionally insured.

4 ACCEPTANCE This contract, with exhibits attached (if any), constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and may not be amended or changed unless done so in writing signed by TMG and The Client The undersigned represent that they are authorized to sign and enter into this agreement. If a fax transmittal is used by either party, then the fax copy shall serve as an original until an actual original is executed and received by both parties.
