DESCRIPTION: The Las Vegas Motor Speedway Viva Vegas Leaderboard Contest July (the Contest ) is sponsored by Nevada Speedway, LLC d/b/a Las Vegas Motor Speedway, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business located at 7000 Las Vegas Boulevard North, Las Vegas, Nevada ( Sponsor ). SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Contest begins on Friday, July 1, 2016 at 8:00 a.m., Pacific Time (PT) and ends on Sunday, July 31, 2016 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the Contest Period ). All activities must be completed by Sunday, July 31, 2016 at 11:59 p.m. PT. ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia) and Canada (excluding Québec) ( Territory ) who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at time of entry, and have a valid driver s license except that residents of New York, Rhode Island and Florida are not eligible. Void outside Territory and where prohibited by law. Void in Québec. Employees, officers, and directors of (i) Sponsor and Speedway Motorsports, Inc. and their subsidiaries and affiliates and each of their respective parent companies, divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, shareholders, members, successors, assigns and agents, and (ii) any others engaged in the development, production or distribution of promotional materials or prizes for this Contest (collectively, the Released Parties ), and (iii) members of the immediate families (parents, children, spouse, siblings) or households of any of the above are not eligible to enter or win. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE CHANCES OF WINNING. Your chances of winning without making a purchase are the same as the chances of someone who purchases something. It is illegal to give any advantage to buyers in a sweepstakes or contest. In this Contest, there are no purchases. If selected in the random drawing, in order to be deemed the potential Grand Prize winner, a Canadian resident must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question, without assistance of any kind. 2 All activities must be received during the Contest Period. Sponsor s clock is the official clock. Entrants must have a valid address. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Contest. The Released Parties and judges are not responsible for late, lost, damaged, garbled, incomplete, or misdirected entries, for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects or delays in operations or transmission of information, in each case whether arising by way of technical or other failures or malfunctions of computer hardware, software, communications devices, or transmission lines or data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry materials, loss or otherwise. Sponsor disclaims any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with this Contest. All activities become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Entrant agrees that the information supplied on the registration form or on Sponsor websites may be used for marketing purposes. Sponsor s use of information supplied by any entrant on registration forms (whether through a website or in paper form) shall be consistent with Sponsor s privacy policy located at ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR TAMPER WITH SPONSOR S WEBSITE OR TELEPHONE LINES UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION; AND IF SUCH INDIVIDUAL ENTERS THE CONTEST HE/SHE WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Decisions of Sponsor with respect to the Contest are final. One (1) potential grand prize winner will be selected based on the Leaderboard standings on Sunday, July 31 at 11:59 p.m. The Leaderboard is in real time and available here - The potential prize winner is subject to verification, including without limitation, verification of eligibility, age, compliance with these Official Rules and completion of release forms (described below). If a potential prize winner is found not to be eligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, the potential prize winner will be disqualified. If attempted notification is returned as undeliverable, if the potential winner cannot be verified, or if the potential winner is otherwise unable to accept whole prize, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate provided sufficient time remains, in Sponsor s discretion. The potential prize winner will be notified by or phone on and no later than Wednesday, July 6, The Judge s decisions are final and binding in all respects. ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. PRIZE DESCRIPTION: One (1) Grand Prize. Winner will receive a prize package consisting of two (2) Club Nitro Ticket Packages for the NHRA Toyota Nationals October at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Prize package includes; Two (2) Club Nitro tickets for the NHRA Toyota Nationals October which includes;

3 o Seat in covered platinum section of the grandstands above the reserved seats and below the suites o Access to Club Nitro hospitality tent Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (October 28 30) o VIP Parking o One (1) hot meal in Club Nitro hospitality tent Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (October 28 30) o Continental breakfast in Club Nitro hospitality tent Saturday, and Sunday (October 29 & 30) o Complimentary water, lemonade or iced tea with the meals in Club Nitro hospitality tent on Friday, Saturday and Sunday (October 28 30) The Total Actual Retail Value ( ARV ) for Grand Prize package is $798 PRIZE CONDITIONS: All prize details shall be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor. Winner s guest must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Fans may only win one (1) monthly prize for the duration of the Contest. Las Vegas Motor Speedway will conduct one (1) monthly Contest for each of the 12 calendar months of All costs and expenses associated with the prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including but not limited to transportation costs, meals, gratuities, service charges or taxes, hotel room service, laundry service, alcoholic beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, local and longdistance telephone calls, insurance, and any other incidental costs or expenses not identified in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the Winner. All prizes will be awarded as-is with no warranty or guarantee either expressed or implied. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of a prize is permitted except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or any part of the prize) with one of equal or comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion, or in the event a prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Any difference between stated approximate value and the actual value of Contest Prize(s) will not be awarded. Seat and parking locations at the event shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. The event and event dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of NASCAR, NHRA, Sponsor, or Prize Provider (as the case maybe), and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the prize awarded will govern in the event an event is not conducted due to weather conditions, an act of God, and an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason. Winner and his/her guest agree to comply with all applicable Speedway, Prize Provider and Venue regulations, as the case may be, in connection with the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to remove or to deny entry to the Winner and/or his/her guest who engage in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the event. Released Parties (defined above) will not be responsible for weather conditions, Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any event. Event tickets and passes awarded as prizes may not be

4 resold or offered for resale. Any such resale may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture, and may invalidate the license granted by the event tickets. WINNER RESPONSIBILITIES: Contest winners will be solely responsible for all taxes on Contest prize(s) and will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the retail value of the prize(s). Winner will be required to sign a Statement of Eligibility, Liability Release and Publicity Release (collectively Releases ) (except where prohibited by law). In addition, Winner s Guest will be required to sign a Liability and Publicity Release (except were prohibited by law). Failure to provide such will result in forfeiture of the Prize. RELEASE: By participating, entrants agree, and by accepting prize, winner(s) agrees, to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liability, injury, loss or damage incurred by participating in the Contest and/or the awarding, receipt, acceptance, possession or use/misuse of the prize(s). By accepting the prize(s) the winner agrees to allow Sponsor the use of his/her name and address (city & state), photograph, videotape or likeness for advertising or publicity purposes and to the use of statements made by or attributed to the winner relating to Contest or Sponsor, and grants to Sponsor any and all rights to said use, without further compensation or notice, unless prohibited by law. PUBLICITY/USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION: Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest constitutes entrant s consent for the Sponsor and the Sponsor s affiliates to use entrant s name, likeness and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further consideration. Also, except where prohibited by law, participation in the Contest constitutes entrant s consent to the use by Sponsor, its affiliates, and their agents, of entrant s personal information, addresses and other contact information for marketing and other purposes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor shall award the Contest Prize (or prizes of equal or greater value) in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the time of Contest cancellation. Contests are initially provided by Sponsor to entrant under the name Las Vegas Motor Speedway Viva Vegas Leaderboard Contest - July but the name of the Contest is subject to change at the discretion of the Sponsor and any such name change shall be posted along with the rules at Additional companies or

5 organizations may join in sponsoring the Contest and such additions shall likewise be posted at DISPUTE RESOLUTION: All entrants agree that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Contest or any Prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for Nevada or the appropriate Nevada State Court located in Clark County, Nevada; and (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Contest, but in no event attorneys' fees. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Nevada, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Nevada or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Nevada.
