Membership ISACA Manila Chapter has more than 900 members from more than 300 organizations in business, government and academe. Check payments should be made payable to ISACA MANILA CHAPTER. Post-Dated checks will not be accepted. A participant is considered registered once the confirmation of registration has been sent to your registered address. The terms for Cancellations, Refunds and Transfers shall automatically apply. Registration Fee covers the following: Conference Kit, Program, Official Conference ID, Certificate of Attendance, Conference Meals and snacks, and one (1) raffle stub. Meals without the corresponding stubs are charged to personal account of the delegate. Walk-in delegates with payment will be accepted based on availability basis only. Cancellation fees and refund will be applied as follow: For online payment, the amount that will be refunded includes a minimal transaction processing charge. To initiate a refund, please contact ISACA Manila and mention the order number indicated in your order confirmation . PAYPAL Credit card through PayPal at the ISACA Manila Website MANUAL Cash, Cheque, or bank transfer A member delegate can be replaced by another member. In case a member delegate is replaced by a non-member, the registration fee for non-members shall be applied and the new delegate will pay the difference in the registration fee. A non-member delegate can be replaced by a non-member in which the same rate applies. In case a non-member is replaced by a member, the excess registration fee paid will be refunded. The delegate should request for the refund by contacting ISACA Manila. The replacement delegate should register to the event (manual or online). Cancellation of the Event If Organizer cancels the Event due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control (such as acts of God, acts of war, governmental emergency, labor strike or unavailability of the Exhibit Facility). Organizer reserves the right to cancel, re-name or relocate the Event or change the dates on which it is held. The participant and sponsors are not entitled for a refund provided that the organizer were able to relocate or reschedule the event. "No-shows will be fully charged.

8 SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES 8 Participation in 2018 ISACA Manila Annual Conference is subject to the terms and conditions as specified in this document. Financial Obligation of Participant/Exhibitors Upon receipt of signed intent to participate, an invoice will be sent detailing participation option and its inclusions. 50% down payment is required seven working days from invoice date with balance payment to be settled at least 5 days before the conference. Issuance and Collection of Payment All payments must be issued on behalf of ISACA Manila Chapter. Acceptable forms of payment are company check or cash. Collection is prescheduled and will be done by an authorized representative. Direct bank deposits are welcome. However, official receipt will only be issued following: (1) Participant/Exhibitor s faxing of bank deposit slip validated by the transacting bank; (2) Confirmation from Organizer s bank branch that payment has been duly received. Organizer reserves the right to re-allocate exhibition space and/or other participation package inclusions to another party should Participant/Exhibitor fail to meet payment requirements as specified in this document. Withdrawal from Participation Payment refund schedule is as follows: 50% of paid amount 30 days prior to event date; No refund less than 30 days prior to event date, Sundays, Holiday included; If payment due date falls on a weekend or a Holiday, payment is due the last working day before due date. Unforeseen Occurrences To ensure success and the orderly execution of the project, Organizer reserves the right to carry out changes whenever necessary without any permission from Participant/Exhibitors. Organizer will issue said changes or additions through circulars and will automatically form part of this contract. Force Majeure The Organizer s performance under this Agreement is subject to acts of God, war, government regulation, threats or acts of terrorism or similar acts, governmental travel advisories, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, curtailment of transportation facilities, or any other cause beyond the Organizer s control, making it inadvisable, illegal or impossible to perform their obligations under the Agreement. Organizer may cancel the Agreement for any one or more of such reasons upon written notice to its Participant/Exhibitors and partners. Assumption of Risks Releases Participant/Exhibitor expressly assumes all risks associated with, resulting from or arising in connection with Participant/Exhibitor s participation or presence at the Event, including without limitation, all risks of theft, loss, harm, damage or injury to the person (including death), property, business or profits of Participant/ Exhibitor, whether caused by negligence, intentional act, accident, act of God or otherwise. Participant/ Exhibitor has sole responsibility for its property or any theft, damage or other loss to such property (whether or not stored in any courtesy storage area), including any subrogation claims by its insurer. Neither Organizer nor the Exhibit facility accepts responsibility for property delivered by or to Participant/Exhibitor. Neither Organizer nor the Exhibit Facility shall be liable for, and Participant/Exhibitor hereby releases all of them from, and covenants not to sue any of them with respect to, any and all risks, losses, : damages and liabilities described in this paragraph.

Assignment of Space Exhibit space shall be assigned by Organizer in its sole discretion for the Event and for the Event Dates only. Any such assignment does not imply that similar space will be assigned for future Events. Management reserves the right to change the floor plan or to move a Participant/Exhibitor to another booth location prior to or during the Event. Cancellation of the Event If Organizer cancels the Event due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control (such as acts of God, acts of war, governmental emergency, labor strike or unavailability of the Exhibit Facility). Organizer reserves the right to cancel, re-name or relocate the Event or change the dates on which it is held. The participant and sponsors are not entitled for a refund provided that the organizer were able to relocate or reschedule the event. Listings and Promotional Materials By exhibiting at the Event, Participant/Exhibitor grants to Organizer a non-exclusive license to use, display and reproduce the name, trade names and product names of Participant/Exhibitor in any directory (print, electronic or other media) listing the exhibiting companies at the Event and to use such names in promotional materials. Organizer shall not be liable for any errors in any listing or descriptions or for omitting any Participant/Exhibitor from the directory or other lists or materials. Organizer may also take photographs of Participant/Exhibitor s booth space, exhibit and personnel during, before or after the open hours of the Event and use such photographs for any promotional purpose. Care of Exhibit Facility Participant/Exhibitor shall promptly pay for any and all damages to the Exhibit Facility or associated facilities, booth equipment or the property of others caused by Participant Exhibitor. Participant/Exhibitor Service. Manual Organizer will send a Participant/Exhibitor Service Manual to the Authorized Representative listed in this agreement. The Participant/ Exhibitor Service Manual will include information integral to participation at the Event, including but not limited to: additional Participant/ Exhibitor rules and regulations, official contractor order forms, registration, shipping, utilities and building services, Participant/Exhibitor display rules, and move-in, move-out schedules. No Full Payment No Access Policy Organizer will strictly enforce a NO FULL PAYMENT NO ACCESS POLICY. Participant/Exhibitors who have paid in full will be allowed to participate at Ingress of ISACA Manila and/or attend the conference respectively. Those with pending balances will be required to settle dues before access is allowed. Important Notice The 2018 ISACA Manila Annual Conference is an event, concept and brand developed by the ISACA Manila Chapter. By signing this agreement, you represent and warrant that you are duly authorized to execute this contract on your own behalf or on behalf of your or the company which will pay for your registration to attend this event. This agreement becomes a legally binding contract when signed in the intent to participate Section and the amount stated above immediately becomes due and demandable. The Conference has allocated resources and reserved a seat on your behalf to assure your participation. For this reason, failure to make payment(s) or to attend 2018 ISACA Manila Annual Conference does not extinguish or cancel your/your company's liability. You and your company agree to indemnify ISACA Manila Chapter, and hold their respective employees and agents harmless, from any and all claims, demands, judgments, settlements, costs, attorney's fees or other expenses either directly or indirectly from or in connection with your participation in such event. ISACA Manila Chapter reserves the right to make changes / amendments to the program should unavoidable circumstances arise.
