6 TERMS & CONDITIONS SHIP HOLDS: Requests to hold a Sponsorship will be accepted if made in writing to ADADA. On receipt of the written request the Sponsorship will be held for 30-days at which time if no confirmation has been made, it will be released. A second hold request for the same Sponsorship will not be accepted. DEPOSITS: For all Sponsorships booked prior to August 1, 2018, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required at signing of the Sponsorship contract; the remaining 50% is due prior to August 31, Sponsorship bookings made after August 31, 2018 must be paid in full at signing of contract. All sponsorship monies must be paid in full prior to the start of the conference. REFUND POLICY: For Sponsorships paid in full prior to August 1, 2018, refunds will only be issued if the Sponsorship isresold. A 25% processing fee will be applied. No refunds will be granted after August 31, SHIP COMPLIMENTRY REGISTRATIONS: Complimentary conference registrations that are included in the sponsor purchase include full meals and attendance at speaking sessions. ACADA staff will provide a promotional code for Complimentary Registration of Sponsors. SHIP EXHIBIT SPACE: Complimentary exhibit space outlined must adhere to all regulations of the venue and is required to sign a booth contract which will indicate the benefit with no charge. This booth form will be provided to you separately from this contract. If exhibit space is booked and the sponsor wishes to not avail of the benefit, they must notify MASS18 personnel as soon as possible, so the space can be reassigned. SIGNAGE AND/OR PRESENTATIONS AT ED EVENT: MASS18 provides event signage with the Sponsor s logo clearly visible. If the Sponsor wishes to include additional signage, they must coordinate with MASS18 personnel at least 60 days prior to the event. The Sponsor shall be liable for any additional associated charges levied by the Venue or sub-provider. LOGO: Sponsor must provide their preferred corporate logo to MASS18 personnel for exclusive use in conference associated materials. Provide 2 logo high resolution files: (1) EPS for use on web and printed materials and (2) AI File (Adobe Illustrator) for use in signage. BENEFITS: Unused sponsor benefits associated with different sponsorships are non - transferable and if unused will be considered closed. LIABILITY: Atlantic Canada Aerospace and Defence Association (ACADA), MASS18 and the Host Venue shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damage that may occur to the Sponsors employees (public or other), and any other person, from any cause whatsoever, prior, during, or subsequent to the period covered by the Sponsorship contract. The Sponsor, upon signing the contract, expressly releases ACADA, MAS S18, its employees, its general service contractor and/or the host venue and agrees to indemnify and defend the same against any and all claims for such loss, damages, or injury.
