1 Vendor Information Packet Thursday & Friday, June 7-8th, 2019 Tradeshow Hours: 10:00AM 5:00PM Load In Time: 8:30 AM 10:00 AM Venue Information Trade Show Location: Portland Expo Center 2060 N Marine Dr, Portland, OR Phone: Parking Exhibitor parking is designated behind the Portland Expo Center in the Force Avenue parking lot behind the main entrance. Street access this lot is via N. Marine Drive to Force Ave. The Expo Campus Map denotes the various parking lots. Contact The Event Manager Kevin Kenly Event Manager kevin@kushtourism.com Booth Provisions: Either 20 x 20', 10 x 10' OR 8 x 6' Booth Space 6' x 30" Table with Black Table Cloth 2 Folding Chairs Bottled Water All banners, verticals, and props must have their own support and foundations. Pipe-anddrape or physical separation of any kind between booths may or may not be provided. Please play nice with your neighbors.

2 Booth Setup Information Booth Number: Your booth number will be provided at the show registration booth day of show Set-up Times: Set-up will begin on Friday, June 7th at 8:30 am, 90 minutes before the show opens to the public at 10am. Tear-down Times : Tear-down begins at 5pm on the 8th when the Oregon Hemp Convention ends. No early tear-down is allowed. Rules Exhibitors are expected to have a great time while complying with all rules of the venue and tradeshow. There is no consumption of cannabis allowed on premises, and all sales must be arranged through a state licensed business, following the processes outlined by the Oregon Department of Agriculture. Smoking Prohibited: Smoking and vaporizing are not permitted indoors under any set of circumstances. Transactions: No transactions may occur of any regulated product at the tradeshow - we encourage you to bring purchase order forms and to utilize the Online Kush Marketplace to solidify deals created with new buyers. Legal Compliance: Exhibitors will abide by all Federal, State, and City laws pertaining to fire, safety, and Cannabis. Exhibitors are responsible for meeting all City/State taxation, resale, licensing, and Health Department requirements. No THC infused samples may be given away. No product may change hands onsite.

3 Staffing Your Booth: Exhibitors are expected to have personnel in the booth throughout the expo hours. No early teardown should take place under any set of circumstances. Booth Sales are Final: All booth sales are final. No refunds will be given if the exhibitor cancels. Tradeshow Management: All decisions regarding the event layout and par cipants a ending or exhibi ng at the event are at the sole digression of the event management. This includes conduct at the booths, and behavior on the show floor. Security: Show management will keep their eyes open during the show as a basic line of security. Do not leave your products unattended, as the show management is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen goods, equipment, or personal property. We advise exhibitors to carry their own property and casualty insurance to cover unexpected losses. There will also be uniformed security on site at the event, look for them or a Kush Marketplace Staff member in any emergency. Financial Responsibility: Exhibitor shall be fully responsible to pay for any and all damages to property owned by the Portland Expo Center, its owners or managers which results from any act or omission of Exhibitor. Exhibitor agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Portland Expo Center, its owners, managers, officers or directors, agents, employees, subsidiaries and affiliates from any damages or charges resulting from or arising from or out of the Exhibitor s use of the property. Exhibitor s liability shall include all losses, costs, damages or expenses arising from or out of or by reason of any accident or bodily injury or other occurrences to any person or persons, including the Exhibitor, its agents, employees, and business invitees which arise from or out of Exhibitor s occupancy and/or use of the exhibition premises, The Portland Expo Center or any part thereof. The Exhibitor understands that the Portland Expo Center does not maintain insurance covering the Exhibitor s property and that it is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor to obtain such insurance. Violation Consequences: Violation of any of these terms and conditions or rules made by show management in accordance with this contract may subject the Exhibitor to immediate expulsion from the expo, and the exhibitor's property may immediately be removed at the Exhibitor's expense, and the Exhibitor shall forfeit all payments made under the contract all at the sole and exclusive discretion of the sponsor and Exhibitor shall not be relieved of any other liabilities and responsibilities under the terms and conditions of the contract. FORCE MAJEURE The performance of this agreement by either party is subject to emergency events or occurrences beyond their control such as, but not limited to, the following: acts of god, war, government retaliation against foreign enemies, government regulation or advisory against travel to Oregon, disasters, fire, earthquakes, accidents or other casualty, strikes (exception: neither party may terminate or suspend this agreement for strikes involving their respective employees or agents), civil disorder, terrorist acts, or acts of foreign enemies, any one of which makes performance illegal, impossible, or commercially impracticable.

4 Food Recommendations The Portland Expo Center does not allow outside food or beverage inside the venue. We suggest visiting one of the many food trucks or restaurants around the venue.
