2 Travelers Click SM for Umbrella 1. On the Auto Portfolio screen click Add in the Travelers Click for Umbrella Insurance section of the screen. 2. Information about the Travelers Click for Umbrella policy displays at the top of the overlay. Select Yes or No for each question. Note: If your state offers UM/UIM coverage it displays here. 3. When complete, click Add Policy to save the Umbrella quote for issuance. To exit without saving, click Cancel. The Umbrella quote will not be saved. PI Training September 2015 Page 2
3 Travelers Click SM for Umbrella 4. After clicking Add Policy the Portfolio screen displays again. The Auto premium reflects a Multi- Policy Discount for the companion Umbrella policy (if available in your state). To delete the Umbrella quote click Remove. 5. Click Create Documents to access a pre-filled ACORD application. 6. When you continue to issue the Auto quote, the Umbrella policy will also be submitted for issuance. 7. On the Billing screen the Auto and Umbrella billing fields display separately. Complete the Billing screen and click Continue. PI Training September 2015 Page 3
4 Travelers Click SM for Umbrella 8. On the Final Sale screen a temporary Umbrella companion policy number is created for Multi-Policy Discount. After confirming the quote information, click Issue. 9. The Auto policy is now issued. The Umbrella policy is submitted to Travelers for issuance and coverage is bound. The policy should be issued within 24 to 48 hours. If you haven t printed the application, click Create Documents to print one here. PI Training September 2015 Page 4
5 Calculate Link 1. On the Auto Portfolio screen click Calculate. 2. In the Umbrella Quote overlay, select the desired Umbrella Liability Limit from the dropdown. Note: If your state offers UM/UIM coverage it will display in the Limits section. 3. Select the applicable Travelers Companion Policies. 4. Complete the Total Exposures questions. 5. When done click Rate. The Umbrella premium will display at the top of the overlay. 6. To exit, click Cancel. The Umbrella quote will not be saved for issuance. To issue the Umbrella policy, complete the Umbrella quote in the Other Property Lines (OPL) system. PI Training September 2015 Page 5
6 For existing Quantum Auto and Quantum Auto 2.0 customers, use Quick Quote to quote a Travelers Umbrella (PLUS ) From the Agent HQ sm home page, search for your customer. 1. Enter the customer s last name, state and zip code and click Search. Double click the customer s name or address to continue. Note: You can also search for the customer by selecting Policy Number in the Search Criteria dropdown. Enter the customer s Auto policy number and click Process Auto. 2. On the Policy/Quote Selection screen click an active Auto policy to highlight it. 3. Next, click Policy Change. PI Training September 2015 Page 6
7 For existing Quantum Auto and Quantum Auto 2.0 customers, use Quick Quote to quote a Travelers Umbrella (PLUS ) 4. In the What would you like to do? dropdown select Policy Change. 5. Enter the Effective Date and click Continue. 6. The Summary screen displays. In the Cross Sell section click Quick Quote. Notes: If you do not see the Umbrella Quick Quote option return to the Coverages tab to increase the coverages to meet the limit requirements. The Quick Quote option is only available for existing Quantum Auto, Quantum Auto 2.0, California Legacy and North Carolina Legacy and Travelers Automobile Program policies. Select the desired Umbrella Liability Limit from the dropdown. b. Complete the Total Exposures questions. c. After completing the questions click Rate. If you wish to issue the Umbrella quote, click Umbrella in the Cross Sell section to enter the Umbrella information in the Travelers Other Property Lines system. 10.
