Tuesday evening The high-tech London pop musical based on the Academy Award-winning 1990 film transfers to Broadway. According to producers, "Ghost The Musical is a timeless fantasy about the power of love. Walking back to their apartment one night, Sam and Molly are mugged, leaving Sam murdered on a dark street. Sam is trapped as a ghost between this world and the next and unable to leave Molly who he learns is in grave danger. With the help of a phony storefront psychic, Oda Mae Brown, Sam tries to communicate with Molly in the hope of saving and protecting her." Wednesday Optional Matinee Performance War Horse uses puppetry to tell the story of young Albert and his beloved horse, Joey. At the outbreak of World War I, Joey is sold to the cavalry and shipped to France, where he's soon caught up in enemy fire and on an extraordinary odyssey, serving on both sides before finding himself in no man's land. However, Albert cannot forget Joey and, still not old enough to enlist, he embarks on a mission to find him and bring him home. War Horse is a thrillingly unique theatrical epic in which actors tell the story alongside (and sometimes astride) lifelike horse puppets. The vast stage at Lincoln Center Theater s Vivian Beaumont Theater is virtually bare, but the cast of 35 (including groups of three performers who control the horse puppets head, heart and hind ) is constantly on the move in scenes that jump from the Devon countryside to the battlefields and forests of World War I-era France. The bond between young Albert and his horse, Joey, is utterly believable, and audiences come to care deeply about what will happen to both of them. This is a don t-miss event for anyone who loves stage drama. Evening Performance Nice Work if You Can Get It is a surefire recipe for a sparkling, spirited and totally intoxicating musical cocktail: take twotime Tony Award winner Matthew Broderick (The Producers) and three-time Tony nominee Kelly O Hara (South Pacific), give them a songbook of the greatest American standards ever sung, stir things up with a cast of bootleggers, chorus girls, playboys and politicians, set them loose in a glorious Long Island mansion in the rip-roaring 1920s, and let the fun begin.

Neue Galerie New York is a museum devoted to early twentieth-century German and Austrian art and design, displayed on two exhibition floors. The second-floor galleries are dedicated to art from Vienna circa 1900, exploring the special relationship that existed then between the fine arts and the decorative arts. The third-floor galleries feature German art representing various movements of the early twentieth century. Neue Galerie New York was conceived by two men who enjoyed a close friendship over a period of nearly thirty years: art dealer and museum exhibition organizer Serge Sabarsky and businessman, philanthropist, and art collector Ronald S. Lauder. Sabarsky and Lauder shared a passionate commitment to Modern German and Austrian art, and dreamed of opening a museum to showcase the finest examples of this work. After Sabarsky died in 1996, Lauder carried on the vision of creating Neue Galerie New York as a tribute to his friend. Transportation included. Minimum of 10 participants required. Optional Tuesday morning visit to the 9/11 Memorial - $15 per person Opened on the 10-year anniversary, the 9/11 Memorial is a national monument dedicated to the tragic events and overwhelming loss of innocent life. The memorial consists of two reflecting pools set in the footprints of the original Twin Towers surrounded by a plaza of trees, around which the names of the victims are inscribed in bronze. We have reserved timed visitor passes to the World Trade Center Site. Transportation included. Optional Tuesday tour of the High Line $35 per person The High Line is a public park built on an historic freight rail line elevated above the streets on Manhattan s West Side. This tour is an intriguing way to learn more about the park's history, design, public artworks, and horticulture. Tours include information on the structure's history, Friends of the High Line's role in the preservation, and reuse of the High Line as a public park. High Line tours typically last approximately one hour. Tour follows the 9/11 Memorial visit.

NOT INCLUDED: Airfare and/or add-on airfare from connecting city, meals, sightseeing, transportation not mentioned under included features, personal and baggage insurance, checked baggage fees, and any items of a personal nature. If the entire program is canceled for any reason, participants shall have no claim other than for a full refund.
