Be advised that certain locations and car classes require two (2) forms of identification as a condition to rent. Please advise customers to check at time of reservation if special conditions pertain to their particular rental. If any provision of this agreement conflicts with applicable national or local law, or if such law imposes different or additional requirements applicable to the rights or obligations of the parties hereunder, then the provisions of such law shall apply to the extent necessary to comply therewith. Additional Authorized Driver Additional authorized drivers must be registered in the rental agreement. There is an extra charge for each additional authorized driver of $13.50 per day, with a maximum charge of $94.50 per person (AAO) per rental, with the following exceptions: *Within the State of California regardless of any other fees, state law prohibits assessment of an AAO fee. *Within the State of New York, the fee is $3.00 per day, up to a maximum AAO fee of $35.00 per rental. * Within the State of Nevada, the fee is $11.68 per day, up to a maximum AAO fee of $81.76 per rental.

Licensee Location Pick Up/Drop Off Policy * Pick up Corporate Location - Drop off Licensee Location - As long as the customer reservation was originally made for pick up at a Corporate Location and the drop off at a Licensee Location, then this is allowed. Since the rental is a Corporate Location rental, all terms and conditions for drop off at the Licensee Location are the same as they would be for the Corporate Location (including the drop charges). Tour rentals cannot be picked up at Licensee Locations unless previously negotiated. Liability

6 Primary third party liability insurance coverage equal to the applicable state minimum limits is included. When renting on LIS-inclusive program, liability coverage is increased up to $1,000, (combined). Voucher Value/Validity Tour Operators will be charged for the number of days printed on the tour voucher or if a voucherless program, number of days booked by the Tour Operator, irrespective of the number of days the customer actually rents. (Voucher days equals number of reservation days.) If the client returns the car early, the Tour Operator will still be charged at the voucher value or if a voucherless program, the number of days reserved. Exceptions, such as medical emergencies, death in family, etc., will be handled subsequently by Customer Relations. Rental periods cannot exceed 62 days. If rental is in excess of 62 days, additional reservations are necessary to accommodate the total number of days. The number of days reserved for each reservation may be split up as necessary, as long as no one reservation exceeds 62 days, as the rental agreement must be renewed at the renting location. For example, a 70-day rental may be booked on a reservation of 62 days and one of 8 days or may be booked on a reservation of 40 days and 30 days. With the exception of voucherless programs, additional vouchers are required for each reservation, which must be presented at the counter for renewal of the rental agreement prior to the 63rd day. If the vehicle is returned to a location other than the original renting location, drop off charges may apply. Rental Extensions If client, at the commencement of his or her rental, requests to rent for a period longer than the number of days reserved, that extension may be granted if the person qualifies for it. The rates applicable for any such extra days will be those in effect for the program for the relevant Hertz location at the time the rental commences. Please note that one rental day equals 24 hours commencing on each day at the same time as the time the rental began, as shown on the Rental Agreement. For cars returned 29 minutes or more after the return due time shown on the Rental Agreement, client will be charged for extra hours or extra days in accordance with the terms of the rental agreement. Please note: An extra hour charge will be charged for rentals returned minutes after the return due time at a rate of one-half the extra day charge. Rentals returned 60 minutes or more after the return due time will be charged an extra day. Peak Season Surcharges The peak season surcharge will apply from time and date of pick-up all the way through the end of the transaction regardless of the drop off time and date. Rental Upgrades

7 If client, at the commencement of his or her rental, requests to rent a car from a higher car class than reserved, such an upgrade may be allowed at an additional charge if a car from that higher class is available at the time the rental commences. Any such upgrade will be charged at locally applicable rates. Returning the Rental Car A rental day consists of a period of 24 consecutive hours, with each day starting at the time of day the rental began. Extra hours charges will apply beginning when the rental exceeds a 24- hour period by 29 minutes from the original time of rental. When the number of minutes late reached 29, the customer will be charged for one extra hour. * For all locations that allow after hour return service - the rental charges will accrue until the location re-opens. Optional Equipment Availability and cost per day for optional equipment (such as child seats*, Neverlost, and Ski Racks) varies by location. Please check at time of reservation for applicable fees and availability. Neverlost is available on most midsize and larger vehicles (exceptions apply) and may be prereserved in major Corporate U.S. Airport and some downtown and HLE locations for a fee of US$12.99 per day with a maximum charge of $ per rental. Please confirm availability at time of reservation. The maximum charge for child seats per rental is US$ *Hertz voluntarily complies with any state law that requires a child seat for a rental.
