1 GUARANTEED ENTRY & HOTEL PACKAGES The Virgin Money London Marathon is one of the most exclusive marathon events in the world. Due to its overwhelming popularity, gaining entry into this marathon is often harder than the event itself! Marlin Travel is pleased to offer Guaranteed Entry Packages to Canadian Residents. Every year, thousands of runners and spectators gather in London for the Virgin Money London Marathon. The 26.2 mile (42km) course is one of the top World Marathon Majors and is also one of the largest annual fund raising events in the world. The relatively flat course is based around the River Thames, taking in Canary Wharf, The Embankment, London Eye, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace and more of London s iconic sights. Package Includes: Guaranteed Entry in the Virgin Money London Marathon on April Four nights hotel accommodation (choice of 8 hotels) April 25 to Hotel Taxes Free Transportation to the Marathon Start via the London Underground. Package does NOT include: Flights (although we can certainly arrange them for you). Travel Insurance (optional and will be offered to you at time of booking) IMPORTANT POINTS: Guaranteed Entry packages are extremely limited and will be allocated on a first come/first served basis. Deposit of $1100 CAD is due with your completed application. Final payment is required at time of booking hotels. Hotels must be booked within 30 days of submitting your application. Hotel rooms are limited and prices are subject to change, you will be offered alternate accommodation if your first choice is no longer available. All payments are 100% non-refundable (Cancellation Insurance is recommended). Customized packages are available. Price reduction for Supporter/Family/Friend is $1100 CAD.

CANCELLATION PENALTY: All money paid to Marlin Travel is non-refundable, no exceptions for any reason. We offer and recommend you purchase Cancellation Insurance to cover you for this non-refundable amount. Once you have been accepted into the 2019 Virgin Money London Marathon, all fees are NON -REFUNDABLE, under all circumstances. TRAVEL INSURANCE: Since the cost of your travel package is non-refundable, we highly recommend Transat Travel Insurance to cover you for this non-refundable amount. Insurance is optional and can only be purchased at time of deposit. It cannot be added later. Insurance rates vary according to the price of your package, your age and length of stay; please ask for a quote when you book your package. Travel Insurance is essential for your own protection. Please note: An injury that prevents you from running the Marathon IS covered under the Concierge Insurance Plans with Transat Travel Insurance. CHANGES: If you decide to change your booking or any part of it once it has been confirmed, a $75.00 administration fee per change will be charged. In addition, you are responsible for any increase in hotel rates/fares and/or airline change fees because of this change. PAYMENTS: Please carefully follow the payment dates set out for each package. Payment not received by the due date will result in automatic cancellation of your booking and guaranteed entry CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED: Visa or MasterCard. Your credit card must have an expiry date of April 2019 or later. Declined credit cards will be charged a service fee and may result in cancellation of your entry status. RESPONSIBILITY: Marlin Travel, Ontario Travel Industry Reg. # is a travel organizer only and does not control or operate any transportation company, hotel or attraction and therefore cannot be held responsible for any injury, death, loss, default or damage, negligence or financial failure of any of these suppliers which is caused by the acts or omissions of these suppliers.
