GLAD, BECAUSE FRANK,GLORIA, BETTY, AND DIANA DID A WONDERFUL JOB PUTTING TOGETHER AN UPDATED CALENDAR WITH AN UPDATED BUDGET. PLANNING FOR THE ANNIVERSARY PICNIC IS LOOKING GOOD. THE SAD PART,,, IS THERE WAS NO ONE ELSE AT THE MEETING, WHERE ARE THE 4

I HELPED LINDA FINISH UPDATING THE NEW LIT ORDER FORMS, AND WE DID THE BEST WE COULD,, FOR 2 PEOPLE THAT ARE ILLITERATE, WHEN IT COMES TO EXCEL. NEXT AREA WILL BE HELD ON THE 1 ST SUNDAY IN MAY (MAY 6) DUE TO MOTHERS DAY ON THE 13 TH THERE IS A WEB PROBLEM AND WE ARE ATTEMPTING TO RESOLVE THIS. ILS YO B. ASC Vice-Chair: NOTHING REPORT C. Helpline/PR Chair: Greetings from your Helpline/Public Relations subcommittee. We last met on March 18, We lost one member and welcomed in two new members. We are continuing to tweak our one box recording. It is now current with all known group announcements and activities. All phone shifts are currently covered. Our meetings on our region BMLT are up to date as well. Our web master has done a great job on making any changes to meetings and posting of activities, in most instances it is within 24 hours. The to send flyers for posting is: sbapublicrelations@gmail.com. We will continue to monitor for any possible health fairs to attend with our PR booth. Please come and join us.
