Contract is to pay $400 a month until money is repaid. World service guidelines were used. A letter was presented at the Sept meeting stating that the person had purchased 240 dollars' worth of books and gave them to a group from which money from an order had been taken and the person wanted EASC to reduce his payment to $200 per month. Much discussion occurred. Motion was made to accept the $240 in books as a payment then the next month the contract remains the same. Sent back to the groups for input. - Some groups voiced concerns over diversion of funds from NAWS donation to SEOKANA without the groups being consulted first. Inventory for EASC is scheduled for February Disbursements o $270 for web domain for 3 years Page 4 of 10

THEME: Keys to Recovery ARTWORK: Artwork Is being finalized and will be ready for pre-convention hoodies by October meeting, which is Oct. 16,1:30 p.m., at Stroud Chamber meeting room. Committee will order 75 hoodies total, to be split 25 for each area. Should be ready to distribute by November committee meeting. R E G I S T R AT I O N S F O R A R E A S A N D R E G I O N E V E N T S : C o m m i t t e e w i l l d e c i d e n e x t m o n t h o n how many registrations to give to each area and to each region event. BUDGETS: Subcommittee chairs are working on getting estimate of budget by October meeting. SECURITY: Committee will be hiring security guard for both Friday and Saturday nights. The hope Is to decide in October meeting on hours needed. The cost will be $25 per hour per security guard. This was the biggest issue with the convention in the last two Page S of 10

We will let you know the dates of these events as soon as they become available. I am sorry I was unable to make this meeting.
