3 Project Overview This four-year program includes the study, document preparation and construction required to complete the following program elements: Complete analysis of the conservatory s electrical circuiting, wiring devices and equipment for: Code Functionality Renovation & remodeling of the vestibule New men & women s toilet rooms Sanitation of the conservatory (removal of animal & bird wastes) Lead paint abatement in the Palm House Replacement/repair of structural steel in the Palm House
