This Office has conducted a public auction of occupancy right of shopping complex shop s which was lying vacant at present. Total 13 applicants were participated in auction proceeding held on 05/01/2017. All successful bidders deposited Rs. 2000/- each as EMD to this office. Auction of Beef Stalls at Slaughter House of Large Animals Shitala Nagar Dehu Road. Reference: 1. CBR No. 04 Dated 03/12/ Application Dated 19/07/2016 received from Mr. C Abdul Rahim Chakoli and Mr. Ifterwar Babulal Qureshi, Dehu Road. To consider the auction of beef stalls and permission for slaughtering of animal at Slaughter House of Large Animals Shitala Nagar Dehu Road on leave and license basis with proper terms and conditions with agreement. And also to consider the matter of engaging capable veterinary Doctor for necessary medical examination of the animals. 4. Circular Agenda. To note the Circular Agenda dated 13/01/2017 in r/o disposal of Cantonment Board old vehicles and purchase of new chassis (2 nos.) for water tanker. 5. Hiring of Vehicle for the Vice President of Cantonment Board. Reference:- CBR No. 25 dated 25/07/2016. Vide the CBR under ref the Board resolved to hire the vehicle for official use to the Vice President. Accordingly this office has invited the quotations from the local travel agencies for hiring the vehicle (LMV) and this office have received the three quotations and M/s Pooja Travels OFDR Dehu Road has quoted the lowest rate of Rs. 1900/- per day i.e. for 80 K.M per day and Rs. 13/- for every extra K.M. and Rs. 100/- for extra hours. To approve the expenditure on repair and Maintenance of Ambassador staff car bearing No. MH-14 CL-0285 (Attached vehicle to the PDDE Southern Command Pune) and to approve the expenditure on Hiring / Detailment of vehicle for attachment to the PDDE SC Pune. Reference:- CBR No. 29 dated 06/10/2016. (A) The Ambassador Car bearing No. MH-14 CL-0285 (Attached vehicle to the PDDE Southern Command Pune) need certain repairing works / cushioning works etc. hence after attachment of vehicle to this office, the vehicle got repaired through the authorized dealer M/s New Maharashtra Trading Co. Pune on which this office has incurred the expenditure of Rs. 47,438/- also this office has incurred the expenditure or Rs. 7500/- in cushioning competitive rates. (B) Further during the repairing work of Ambassador car this office has hired another car for attachment to the PDDE Pune as per the their Rs. 1900/- per day i.e. for 80 K.M. and Rs. 13/- for every extra K.M. and Rs. 100/- for extra hours from M/s Swayambhu Transport Kirkee Pune. Board to consider and approve the expenditure as above and action taken by the CEO in hiring vehicle to be attached to the PDDE SC Pune. 7. Supply of M S Garbage Dust Bin. With reference to E_Tender dated and CBR No. 11 ( C ) dated , this office vide letter No. 20/DustBins/SFK/16-17 dated 31 August, 2016 directed the lowest party M/s Sachin Fabrication, Bopodi, Pune to supply PILOT SAMPLE of M S Garbage Dust Bin 01 No. as per specification of the Tender Document. Accordingly the said party has supplied Pilot Sample of the same on Thereafter vide Office Order (Store Section) No. 6 dated 30th September, 2016, all the Sanitary Inspectors and JE was directed to check the pilot sample as per technical specification etc. Board to consider, technical report of the JE s dated which is placed on the table along with connected documents of the subject E_Tender. 8. Supply & Installation of IP Based CCTV Camera System under DGS & D Rate Contract at Office, Water Reservoir behind CGH WTP and CGH. In response to the requisition of Office Supdt., Admin Section, RMO, CGH and JE, CBDR with the approval of the CEO, this office has received quotation under DGS & D rate contract from M/s Ador Powertron limited, Ramnagar Complex, MIDC, Chinchwad, Pune The details are as under. Further this office had forwarded a letter no 10/Tender Notice/ dated 23/01/2017 to Garrison Engineer, MES, Dehuroad for his technical advice whether to accept the bids or not. The relevant documents are placed on the table. 11. Repairs / Maintenance of Water Supply Lines in Ward No 1, 2, 6, & 7 and 4, 5 & 6. Reference 1. CBR No 3 (05) dated 18/11/ Letter dated 28/12/2016 received from contractor Sagar S Ghorpade 3. GE MES Dehuroad letter no 29971/Cantt/29/E2 dated 16/01/2017 Page 5 of 8

6 In this connection it is submitted that the subject work was allotted to the contractor Sagar S Ghorpade vide above cited CBR. Accordingly the work orders have been issued to individual for the subject work. Further the contractor has approached this office and shown his willingness to provide DI pipes in place of CI pipes with the same rates quoted in the submitted tender. In this regard a letter had been issued to The GE MES Dehuroad for obtaining his technical advice whether the DI pipes can be used for the said work. Accordingly, the GE MES vide his letter under reference has given his advice that the DI pipes are more suitable for the water supply systems. The relevant documents are placed on the table. Board to Note the same. 12. Repairs / Improvements to Cantt Fund High Mast Lights in Cantt areas. Reference 1. CBR No 3 (07) dated 18/11/ Letter dated 16/01/2017 received from contractor M/s Gavhane Electricals and Contractors In this connection it is submitted that the subject work was allotted to the contractor M/s Gavhane Electricals and Contractors vide above cited CBR. Accordingly the work orders have been issued to individual for the subject work. As per the tender specifications the contractor is required to use the high mast pole of Bajaj or Transrail make for the subject work. Further the contractor vide his letter under reference has stated this office that more time is required to get the poles of Bajaj and Transrail make as per the tender specifications which may exceeds the time limit of 15 days for execution of the work and therefore requested to permit the use poles of Volmount make as its manufacturer is ready to supply the same immediately which are of same specifications as of Bajaj and Transrail and also approved by the almost Govt. organizations. The relevant documents are placed on the table. Board to consider the same 13. Encroachment. The Board has proposed certain term contract works for the in Cantonment area. During execution of the same it has been noticed that there are encroachments existed on road and drains in form of ottas, steps, temporary / permanent structures, etc. In this regard encroachments this office has made arrangement to inform the general public to get removed such encroachments themselves. Further all the elected members are also requested to co-operate for such removal of encroachments obstructing the roads and drains. Page 6 of 8

7 14. Removal of Footpath existed on Dr. Ambedkar Road (Ward No 03 & 04). The Elected Member of Ward No. 03 Shri. Hajimalang Marimuttu vide his letter dated 27/01/2017 has proposed to remove the existing footpaths along Dr. Ambedkar road i.e. from Mumbai- Pune National Highway to Shri Shivaji Vidyalaya. In his letter he stated that, the existing width of said road is insufficient for smooth vehicular traffic. If the adjacent footpaths will be removed additional space can be utilized under the road. For the same existing storm water drain along Ward No. 03 has to be converted from open surface drain to underground drain. 15. Post of RMO. To consider letter dated 09/01/2017 received from Dr. T M Waghchoure, RMO, Cantonment General Hospital requesting to relive him from the post of RMO Cantonment General Hospital due to his personal problem. 16. Formation of Internal Complaints Committee. It is proposed to form Internal Complaints Committee as per The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition And Redressal) act, To consider formation of above said committee. Office report placed on the table. 17. Compassionate Appointment. Reference:- CBR No. 25 dated 27/08/2015. Vide above cited resolution committee consisting of Vice President and Two Elected Member was formed to scrutinize pending applications as per seniority list maintained by the office. Till the date no report has been received from above said committee. Since the dependents of the deceased employee are pressing hard for appointment as next of kin on compassionate ground. To consider re-formation of committee for settlement of long pending issue of compassionate appointments. As per appointment norms circulated by the higher authorities we have to fill up vacancies for the FY , , , , and All the relevant documents are placed on the table. Page 7 of 8

8 18. Online Collection of Property Tax Bills and Water Charges Bills. To consider Letter No. 8078/Computer/GEN/XII/DE dated 12/05/2016 regarding online revenue collection in form of Property Tax Bills and Water Charges Bills etc. In this connection it is submitted that, the Board has proposed to start online revenue collection in form of Property Tax Bills and Water Charges Bills etc. through State Bank Collect facility.
