3 Terms and Conditions:- 1. The envelopes should be subscribed will be "Tender for purchase of Press Mud" 2. Earnest Money:Rs. 50,000/- (Rs. Fifty Thousand Only) will have to be deposited with tender and same amount shall be retained as security money of the successful bidder which shall be released after the successful completion of the contract. 3. The Tender without Earnest money will not be accepted. 4. Rate Ex-mills on "As is where is " basis. 5. Excise duty inclusive in quoted rates and Sale Tax/GST or other Govt Taxes, if any will be charged extra. 6. Payment will have to be deposited in advance which should be in shape of cash/dd cheque will not be accepted. 7. Loading, Unloading & Transportation will be arranged by the purchaser. 8. Weighment at mills weighbridge shall be final. 9. The Mills will have the right to with hold the lifting for press mud for use in mills/production of biocompost or for any other purpose. 10. The approximate press mud available for sale will be about Qtls. Which may increase or decrease depending upon the availability of sugarcane for crushing. 11. The entire quantaity will have to be lifted by the party. Quotations received for lesser quantity will be rejected. 12. In case of failure of the lifting of press mud on day to day basis, the mills have the right to arrange lifting at the risk and cost of the purchaser and in addition mills will impose penality of Rs 100/- per day for delay in lifting. 13. If land is required by the contractor for storing press Mud, the same will be provided by the mills on rent basis. 14. If any eventuality occurs during work, the contractor has to bear the Loss/case. 15. The contractor will be responsible for compliance to the provision of labour laws including insurance, EPF Act and Family pension of labour engaged by him for which no extra payment will be made by the mills. 16. Last date for submission of tender is up to AM and negotiation with the highest tenderer will be held on the same day at 2.00 PM if required. 17. The mills management reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tender without assigning any reason.further committee reserves the right to alter any terms and conditions of the tender if required.
