5 with Ardyss 1.Direct Sales Immediate Earnings Selling Ardyss products directly to your customers is the first pillar of a solid foundation for your business. Face-to-face retail sales allow you to earn income by purchasing Ardyss products at the wholesale price and then selling them at the suggested retail price. This bonus is earned immediately from the sale of garments purchased at wholesale prices (40% discount) and retailed at the retail value. 2. Fast Start Express Bonus Monthly 2 AS THE ENROLLER, YOU RECEIVE 30% of the VALUE POINTS OF THE PACK SOLD.. Active Distributors with at least 100 Personal Qualification Points (PQP) Recurring order earn a one-time-only bonus of 30% of the Value Points (VP) (up to a maximum of 57), and active Distributors without a Recurring Order earn a one time only bonus of 20% of the VP (up to a maximum of 38) when their personally enrolled Distributors place a first time order of Ardyss products. Therefore, you earn 20-30% on a new Distributor s order (excluding the purchase of a Business Builder Package). You will be paid regardless of where you place the new Distributor in your organization. 3. Business Builder Pack Bonus Monthly Each time someone you ve personally enrolled places an eligible Business Builder Package order, you receive a bonus. As the enroller, you receive 30% of the Value points of that purchase. These packages not only gives the Distributor the option to start with the wonderful products Ardyss offers (with a set package or build your own options), but also allows you to maximize your earning potential with the POWER STAR PROGRAM.
6 Monthly Payment 4 & 5. Enrollment Relationship Bonus & Unilevel Bonus Starting with the second purchase of your Distributor, the Enrollment Relationship Bonus and the Unilevel Bonus are the heart of your business and a powerful pillar of the Ardyss Compensation Plan. The foundation of these bonuses is building solid residual income. Residual income is money earned from orders and reorders generated within your organization. With the Enrollment Relationship Bonus you earn 10% of the entire VP on all Distributors you personally enroll, regardless of where you place them within your organization. In addition with the Unilevel Bonus you will receive another 5% of the total VP depending on where you place your enrollees. You can earn 5% up to 8 levels deep with compression. Recurring Order Recurring Order As a new Distributor, your focus will be on developing a base of Distributors and Customers. You ll also focus on helping your downline generate volume through sales. You will be compensated based on successfully building sales volume within your placement tree. Compression The percentages shown in the chart are paid based on the Distributors with purchase volume. 3
7 6. Generational Bonus Monthly Payment As you develop Leadership within your organization, your rewards grow exponentially. When you reach the level of Manager B or above, and as you develop new Managers B (or above) within your organization, you will be paid down to as many as five (5) generations of Managers B (and above). Platinum Presidents have the opportunity to participate in the Platinum Mercedes- Benz Program if they achieve a minimum requirement of 500,000 GPQ. These participants will receive 1,250 down payment assistance and 950 a month for the monthly payment of platinumcolored Mercedes-Benz. Rank GQP Bonus Supervisor Manager A Manager B Director President Executive Diamond Platinum 4,000 8,000,000 30,000 70, , , , WILL RECEIVE 1,250 DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE AND OF UP TO 950 A MONTH FOR THE MONTHLY PAYMENT OF PLATINUM- COLORED MERCEDES-BENZ. 4 If you don t qualify in your rank, you will only receive the 50% of the previous rank
8 8. Rank Bonus Monthly Payment Rank Bonus 9. Matching Rank Bonus Monthly Payment The Rank Bonus is an incentive to build your business. This bonus is earned when you meet the requirements or your rank. Bonuses range from 60 (Supervisors) to 500 (Platinums). If you are not able to maintain the requirements in a particular month, this bonus will not be awarded for that month. Supervisor Manager A Director President Executive Diamond Platinum % rule applies The Matching Rank Bonus was designed to create momentum throughout your organization by putting an even greater incentive on not only building a business but helping others to do the same. For every person that you have personally enrolled that achieves Rank, you will receive a 100% Matching Rank Bonus. This is a monthly commission incentive for you and your team as you build your Ardyss business. 4 Rules to Collect the 100% Matching Rank Bonus: 1. Be on Recurring Order: In order to collect your 100% Matching Rank Bonuses you and your personally enrolled Distributors must be on Recurring Order. The minimum requirement for a Recurring Order is 100 Personal Qualification Points (PQP). Those who are not on Recurring Order will not be paid the Matching Rank Bonus. FOR EVERY PERSON THAT YOU HAVE PERSONALLY ENROLLED THAT ACHIEVES RANK, YOU WILL RECEIVE 100% MATCHING RANK BONUS. 2. Be Actively Building: To collect the 100% Matching Rank Bonus each month, you need to personally enroll 2 new Distributors with the Premier Pack (100 PQP) or higher and maintain or increase your rank. 3. Be at the Same Rank or Lower: In order to collect the 100% Matching Rank Bonus your personally enrolled Distributors need to be at the same rank as you or below in order to receive this bonus. 4. The 50% Rule: The 50% rule outlined in your Ardyss Compensation Plan applies to all Rank Bonuses. 5

Power Start Bonus Monthly Payment POWER START BONUSES PAY THE PARTICIPANT A PERSONAL BONUS OF UP TO 317,500 AND UP TO AN ADDITIONAL 317,500 FOR EACH PERSON YOU ENROLL Ardyss has an unique way to create extra money in addition to the rest of the Compensation Plan. We went the extra mile and created something that s not only a system to build your business but also amazing bonus to earn profits. The Power Start Bonus is earned for maintaining personal active enrollments and a designated GQP production. Business Builders may personally earn up to 317,500 with this bonus, but also receive a 100% Matching Bonus for each person you enroll as a Business Builder.
