1 Igalen Compensation Plan Explained in Detail! Please read this entire document BEFORE choosing which pack you would like to order because the pack you choose has a bearing on the Commissions you are able to earn! Minimum Requirements for Getting Started To sign up for an igalen membership, it will cost only $29.95 US. (We pay in US dollars and get paid in US Dollars!) You will receive many benefits for this low Annual fee such as a replicated e-commerce website, full access to your Back Office and most importantly all the marketing & promotional tools you would need to build your business from the comfort of your own home! Upon joining, you can activate your position by simply purchasing product with a minimum of 40BV (Business Volume) which is equivalent to 1 Bottle (@$79.95 US) of Emulin+ or you can purchase more at any time & you would be considered an Active Member allowing you to participate in the first 2 of 6 ways of earning income with igalen's Global Compensation Plan. The pack you choose decides what percentage your commissions are paid at so it is important to know this information. 1 bottle is the minimum purchase to Activate your position and begin earning income however there are advantages to buying a one time larger pack which I will explain as we go along. Finally, to qualify for life and to earn income from the other 4 areas of the Compensation Plan you must sponsor at least 1 Active Distributor on each of your Teams and have purchased at least a Bronze Pack, making you a Fully Qualified and Active Distributor and able to earn from the entire Compensation Plan however the pack you choose decides just how much you will earn from each section! Retail Profit & Ongoing Product Costs by Rank Now, let's jump into the FIRST way of earning income: our Retail Profit Program, which allows you up to 35% profit by purchasing Wholesale and selling them at Retail. The number of bottles you purchase decides your rank, this is a one time purchase ordering these at the time you join means you also need to add the $29.95 Annual Membership Fee + Shipping to your final order price. The figures in the above graphic have been rounded off for 1

2 convenience sake, the actual prices are listed in the text below. Distributor Rank is a 1 bottle full price of $79.95 per bottle = $79.95 Bronze Rank is a 3 bottle a 10% discount which is $71.95 per bottle = $ Silver Rank is a 6 bottle a 20% discount which is $63.95 per bottle = $ Gold Rank is a 10 bottle a 30% discount which is $55.95 per bottle = $ Platinum Rank is a 20 bottle a 35% discount which is $51.95 per bottle = Therefore the pack you choose decides the cost per bottle of your order & the ongoing cost of your Autoship since your on ongoing purchase price is at the price per bottle of the pack you chose. This can create significant savings and additional income for you down the track. For example you purchase 1 bottle at $ Shipping and sell that bottle to a friend you make no profit but do get a potential customer trialing it. If you ordered the Silver pack you would be making 20% profit on that sale buying for $63.95 and selling for $ If you ordered the Platinum Pack you are making 35% profit on that sale since you bought at $51.95 and are still selling at the Recommended Retail Price of $79.95 a bottle. Each bottle purchased attracts 40BV. The BV calculation on the product purchase is based on the price you paid for the pack. eg. Platinum Pack contains 20 bottles so attracts 800BV at 40BV per bottle but since you purchased/sold it at a discount the BV awarded for that purchase/sale equates to 77% of the purchase price but in the case of the Distributor pack which also attract 40BV per bottle since you paid more per bottle it only equates to 50% of that purchase/sale. Fast Start Bonus The SECOND way to earn income is by participating in the Fast Start Bonus Program which pays you an immediate income on the initial order of the individuals you partner with in your igalen business. Since you are in business, you will be needing product to use & sell! The % of Fast Start Bonus is based on YOUR Rank irrespective of which Rank/Pack your new Business Partner chooses! So the higher YOUR rank the more you will earn from each New First time Order placed by your New Business Partners & Customers once the Customer portal goes live! Distributor Rank is paid 5% of the BV value of any first order your partners place. Bronze rank is paid 7.5% of the BV value of any first order your partners place Silver Rank is paid 10% of the BV value of any first order your partners place Gold Rank is paid 25% of the BV value of any first order your partners place Platinum Rank is paid 30% of the BV value of any first order your partners place For example, if you purchase a GOLD package yourself and sponsor John & Mary on each of your teams, regardless of their level when they join your team, you will earn 25% of their initial order. If they both came in as a GOLD Distributor, you would earn a total of $ in commissions, (400BV each x 25% = $100 from each purchase) or if they came in as a Platinum, you will earn a total of $ in commissions (800BV each x 25% = $200 from each purchase). If you purchase a Distributor package yourself and they both join as GOLD Distributors you will earn 5% of the BV on their purchases in commissions. Therefore you will earn $40.00 in commission from the same 2 sales. (400BV each x 5% = $20 from each purchase). This creates a huge difference in your earning potential! There is no limit to the number of Distributors you may sign up nor the number of Customers you may have once the Customer Portal is live. Team Commissions 2

3 The THIRD way and one of the most lucrative components of igalen's Compensation Plan is the Team Commission Program. This bonus is calculated from your placement tree, which has 2 Legs, a Left and a Right. You will be compensated based on successfully building TWO Legs of your own. Your sponsor or up-line may also place people on your Team & these individuals will count toward your team commissions and RANK Qualification. It is a TRUE Team building approach to SUCCESS! To qualify for these commissions you first need to have purchased a pack, any pack from Bronze to Platinum will open up this section of the Compensation plan for you. You also need to have 1 personally sponsored member in each of your teams, 1 to the right and 1 to the left with a product order each, which then makes you an Active member and eligible for Team Commissions. You can earn up to 12.5% of the weaker Leg volume every week based on your rank. It's called a Cycle. A cycle consists of 500 points in your weaker leg and 1000 points in your stronger leg being matched up. You can have several cycles in a week. Bronze earns 5% override which equates to $25 per cycle up to 50 cycles a week Silver earns 7.5% override which equates to $37.50 per cycle up to 100 cycles a week Gold earns 10% override which equates to $50 per cycle up to 200 cycles a week Platinum earns 12.5% override which equates to $62.50 per cycle up to 400 cycles a week. For example, if your team has generated 10,000 BV on one Leg and 16,000 BV on the other Leg, as a Platinum you will earn 12.5% per cycle (Each time you have 500 BV on one Leg and 1000 BV on the other Leg, it constitutes a Cycle). In this example, your Team would have generated 16 cycles, earning you $ in Team Commissions that week! The best part of igalen's Compensation's Plan is that, your remaining Leftover volume from either Leg will carry forward into the next week. (*The maximum carry-over "BV" Business Volume is capped at 250,000 BV per week) If you are Bronze with the same scenario you would still have had 16 cycles in the week but have earned $ in Team Commissions for the week. Leadership Matching Bonus The FOURTH way to earn income in igalen's Compensation Plan is called the Leadership Matching Bonus. This was designed to incentivize those in a Leadership Role to inspire NEW Team Members to earn commissions. You can earn a Matching Bonus based on a percentage of Team Commissions from people that you personally sponsor up to 5 Levels. In this example, you will see how rewarding the Matching Bonus could be by simply inspiring and assisting your Team Members to earn commissions. Its a WIN, WIN! The amount you are paid and the number of levels you earn this on is based on your rank Bronze Rank earns 5% of the Binary income your personally sponsored members earn Silver Rank earns 5% of the Binary income your personally sponsored members earn + 4% of the Binary Cycle income their personally sponsored members earn (your Level 2) Gold Rank earns 5% of the Binary cycle income your personally sponsored members earn + 4% of the Binary Cycle income their personally sponsored members earn (your Level 2) + 3% of the Binary Cycle income their personally sponsored members earn (your Level 3) + 2% of the Binary Cycle income their personally sponsored members earn (your Level 4) Platinum earns 5% of the Binary cycle income your personally sponsored members earn + 4% of the Binary Cycle income their personally sponsored members earn (your Level 2) + 3% of the Binary Cycle income their personally sponsored members earn (your Level 3) + 2% of the Binary Cycle income their personally sponsored members earn (your Level 4) + 1% of the Binary Cycle income their personally sponsored members earn (your Level 4) So as you can see the higher your rank the more levels you earn from and the more income you generate over time! 3

4 It is important that we understand how Rank advancement works, this is effort based and works on building your business. Anyone with any pack qualifies for this section of the pay plan, there are a few simple steps to follow to qualify for the Leadership Ranks. igalen bases all rank advancements on cycles, the number of personally sponsored members and the numbers of Ruby ranked Distributors in your organisation. To advance to Ruby Rank you need 1 personally sponsored member on each team with a product order. You also need to cycle 5 times in a week, which means 2500BV on your weak leg and 5000BV on your strong leg, this volume can be created by yourself, your personally sponsored members or your upline, you do not need to do it all alone. Once at Ruby to advance to Emerald you need 2 personally sponsored members in each leg with a product order. Your team generating 10 cycles in a week, which means 5000BV on your weak leg and 10000BV on your strong leg and 2 of your personally sponsored members need to be Ruby ranked, so these 2 Rubies alone will be generating the 10 cycles between them which means your team as a whole will be generating more than 10 cycles in a week. To advance to the Diamond Ranks you will need 4 Personally sponsored in each leg with a product order and 3 of these need to be a minimum of Ruby ranked, the difference between the 3 Diamond Ranks is the number of cycles your team is generating each week, either 20, 30 or 40. The Crown ranks require you to have 6 personally sponsored members in each leg with a product order and 4 of these need to be a minimum of Ruby ranked. The difference between the 3 Crown ranks is once again the number of cycles your team is generating in a week either 80, 160 or 320. Now that we understand how to achieve these ranks the following 2 Commission areas open up to those who have rank advanced. Leadership Bonus The Leadership Bonus Program is a bonus which was designed for Members ranking at Ruby or above to qualify for this Bonus. The number of generations & percentages overrides are based on the Ranking of the Member. As you can see in the chart, based on your rank you can earn up to an additional 3% up to 10 Levels of your personally sponsored Distributors Team Commission. This can certainly mount up over time. The SIXTH and final way to earn commission is called Lifestyle Bonus Program. With this Bonus, starting with the Rank of Ruby, you will qualify to receive a monthly bonus which can be used towards a NEW Car payment, a Home mortgage, College Tuition, Vacation Fund or anything of your choice. Although this bonus is paid monthly, you only need to qualify 1 out of 4 weeks in any calendar month and you'll be eligible for earning up to $ per month in Lifestyle Bonus. So as long as you are qualifying at any rank during the month you will receive this bonus. 4
