To do that, we have created a very aggressive compensation plan to reward you for sharing the products. For some of you, life-changing income is $300 a month, for others it s $10,000. But regardless of your financial goals, you can achieve them if you treat this like a business. 6 CREATE LIFESTYLE 8 WAYS TO EARN INCOME Our goal is to help you create a profitable business within your first thirty days! You will earn income in eight ways and through various promotions that are announced from time to time. To become an Affiliate, you will Enroll, then choose the package you want to start with. Of course there is no product purchase required to become an Affiliate, although most Affiliates want to have product on hand to share with potential customers and Affiliates. To earn commissions an Affiliate must be Active. Furthermore, all commissions will be paid two weeks arrears, meaning two weeks after the commission week has ended. REWARDS PLAN 6

7 1. RETAIL CUSTOMERS AFFILIATE REWARDS PLAN A Retail Customer is someone that purchases product from the replicated site of an Affiliate at full price. The Affiliate earns the difference between the wholesale price and the retail price, which can range from to 30% based on the product purchased. For example, if the retail price of a bottle of Hemp Oil is $149, then the Affiliate would earn $30 in retail profit if a customer purchases from the front of their site. Furthermore, the points generated by the retail purchase will also go to the Pay Leg side of the Affiliate s Team Building Reward portion of the Rewards Plan. To earn Retail Profit an Affiliate position must be Active. 7 REWARDS PLAN

8 2. PREFERRED CUSTOMERS AFFILIATE REWARDS PLAN A Preferred Customer (PC) is a customer that agrees to have the product shipped to them every month. Preferred Customers (PCs) will pay the exact same price as our Affiliates for all the products as a way to say thanks for being a loyal customer! Active Affiliates will earn from all the product(s) their Preferred Customers purchase each month as well as earning Reward Points from the product that is purchased. Example: When a PC purchases a bottle of Hemp Oil, the Affiliate would earn $12 and earn 60 Reward Points. As an extra perk, the Reward Points generated by your PCs purchase, will go to the Pay Leg of an Affiliate s Team Building Rewards plan! REWARDS PLAN 8

FAST BUILDER REWARDS AFFILIATE REWARDS PLAN In order to help our Affiliates cover their cost of the package they initially purchased when they joined PMB and to quickly create a profitable business; we pay the sponsor 25% of the Initial Product Package that their new Affiliate purchases. 9 REWARDS PLAN

Team Building Rewards (TBR). Group Volume*: The contribution to the Total Group Volume from any leg is not to exceed 40% of qualified volume. For example, the qualified volume for Rank Silver is 10,000, the maximum from each leg is 4,000. REWARDS PLAN 10

11 4. TEAM BUILDING REWARDS AFFILIATE REWARDS PLAN Team Building Rewards (TBR) is a foundational part of our Reward Plan! To participate in this portion of the Rewards Plan, an Affiliate will build two teams, one to the left and one to the right. An Affiliate will place everyone they sponsor on either their right team or on their left team. As the Affiliates and their customers purchase products, then they will generate Reward Points. While they are building two teams, they will typically have one team that is larger than the other this is usually called the Power Leg while the team with less points is usually referred to as the Pay Leg. An Affiliate earns of the smaller of the two legs or the pay leg. Example: If an Affiliate accumulates 2000 points on each leg from product purchases, the volume will cycle, earning $200. To earn commissions in the TBR an Affiliate must be Active & Qualified. 11 REWARDS PLAN

12 REWARD POINTS & EARNING INCOME TEAM BUILDING REWARDS In this part of the Rewards Plan, when you have 4 Active Affiliates, the Reward Points will go to 80%, which is an increase of 60%. Therefore, ALL the Reward Points generated below an Affiliate with 4 personally sponsored Active Affiliates, will be increased to 80%, as opposed to 50%. When an Active Business Center (ABC) accumulates 200 RPs on each side, a $20 TBR is credited to the ABC this is also known as a Cycle or of the Reward Points. In order to earn income from this cycling, an Affiliate will need to be both Active and Qualified. Remember, the system wants to pay out each cycle, but if an affiliate is not qualified and has points being generated below their position, the system will continue to cycle and deduct points BUT these cycles will not be paid out if the Affiliate is not both Active and Qualified. The minimum amount that the TBR pays out is $20, however an Affiliate can cycle an unlimited number of times on a daily or weekly basis. Once an Affiliate cycles in the TBR, then the points used to generate the commission are deducted from the team. For example, if an Affiliate has 1,000 Reward Points on the left team and 400 Reward Points on the right team, and they are Active and Qualified, then they would cycle twice and earn $ At this point 400 points would be deducted from each side, and 600 points would remain on the Left team waiting for the next time points are accumulated on the right team. An Active and Qualified Affiliate can earn income from all the points generated below his or her position, whether its 5 or 500 levels below them so make sure that you stay Active and Qualified! Note: TBR offers unlimited Reward Point depth on both legs, with the ability to earn up to $75,000/week! REWARDS PLAN 12

RESIDUAL REWARDS AFFILIATE REWARDS PLAN Sales Paid Into the Residual Rewards Plan: After the Initial Product purchase (which pays 25% to the sponsor), all subsequent orders will pay of the dollar amount into the Residual Rewards Plan, and there will be distributed along a Unilevel genealogy up to 7 levels from the Transactional center. This is a INCREASE from the original plan. Remember, each product purchase is ALSO generating Reward Points in the Team Building Rewards Plan (binary). Example: For example: If a $1,000 package is purchased then or $ would be paid into the 7 Level Residual Rewards Plan. Therefore, the first level would pay out of $ which would equal $ REWARDS PLAN

14 RESIDUAL REWARDS CONTINUED... An Affiliate can earn a percentage of the product purchased downline of his or her personally sponsored team. The Residual Rewards Plan is based on monthly purchases made by Affiliates and customers. Level One of the RR is comprised of anyone that an Affiliate has personally sponsored, and the second level is comprised of all the Affiliates personally sponsored by the Affiliates from the First level, and so on. Note: While the company is paying out 25% in Fast Builder Rewards, the only product purchases that go into the Residual Reward portion of the plan are monthly purchases by Affiliates and customers not from any of the Initial Order packages. Again, our 7 level Unilevel refers to the team below an Affiliate s personally sponsored team. The 7 level Unilevel, also employs Dynamic Compression (DC). Example: If an Affiliate has earned the rank that allows them to receive a 7 level payout, but someone in their 7 level Unilevel is NOT Active, then the next Active Affiliate would move up to the inactive Affiliate s spot. This ensures that all Affiliates get the maximum possible payout throughout the Unilevel. REWARDS PLAN 14

17 MATCHING BONUS CONTINUED % of 50% of the TBR income earned by those in the Affiliates unilevel pay out, will be distributed along a unilevel genealogy up to 7 levels from the Transactional center. 2. Both the Residual Rewards and the matching Bonus will utilize Dynamic Compression to ensure the maximum amount of commissions will be paid out. 3. For All Affiliates that have achieved Match 3 in the current promotional Match period, as of June 10, 2017, will be paid at an increased rate of 75% distribution until September 30, REWARDS PLAN

18 7. LEADERSHIP BONUS AFFILIATE REWARDS PLAN When an Affiliate achieves the rank of Diamond through Black Diamond, they will earn the following bonus for each month that they maintain that rank. 19 8. TOP 10 ROOKIE BONUS AFFILIATE REWARDS PLAN All new Affiliates will have the opportunity to participate in the Rookie Bonus Pool. In order to qualify for the Bonus, a NEW Affiliate would have to generate a minimum of 2,500 Reward Points from their personal sponsoring activity and sponsor a minimum of 4 new Affiliates. $5,000 will be allocated to the Rookie Bonus each month, with each qualifier earning a maximum of $500.00USD. If less than 10 Affiliates qualify, the Bonus will still pay out a maximum of $ per qualifier. If more than 10 Affiliates qualify for the Bonus, then the Top 10 spots would be awarded based on total Reward Points and the date achieved, or rather the speed with which they accomplished the Bonus requirements. Each new Affiliate will have a full 30 or 31 days to achieve the bonus, which means the Bonus would be paid out 6 weeks after the close of the month that the Affiliate joined in. 19 REWARDS PLAN

20 ewallet PMB PAYMENT SYSTEM ewallet is a virtual account that allows PrimeMyBody to efficiently manage Affiliate commission payments! ewallet provides great flexibility and preference options to PMB Affiliates by offering various methods to receive funds such as Bank Account, Wire Transfer, transfer to existing credit card, prepaid card, and others benefits. To earn commissions an Affiliate must be Active. Furthermore, all commissions will be paid two weeks arrears, meaning two weeks after the commission week has ended. Minimum Payout: $25

21 Glossary of Terms Active Business Center (ABC): When an someone Enrolls they are assigned a Business Center with a unique Affiliate identification number. An Affiliate has an Active Business Center when they or their Customers purchase at least $ USD worth of product that generates volume in the last 30 days. Active Affiliate: In order to be considered ACTIVE, the Affiliate will need to purchase or sell at least $ USD worth of product, that generates volume. This Active requirement can be met either by a purchase directly from the Affiliate through their Virtual Office or from one of their customers. Active Status from Initial Order: When a NEW Affiliate purchases LESS than $ USD worth of product, they will be considered Active for 30 days after the date they made their first purchase of product. When a NEW Affiliate purchases more than $ USD worth of product, they will be considered Active for 60 days after the date they made their first purchase of product. Customers: A Customer is anyone that purchases product from a PMB Affiliate, either from the Affiliate s website at full retail pricing or by signing up to be a preferred Customer. Dynamic Compression: If you as an Affiliate have earned the rank that allows you to receive a 7 Level payout, but someone in your 7 Level Unilevel is NOT Active, then the next Active Affiliate would move up one level to fill the inactive Affiliate s spot from the 8th level to your 7th. This ensures that all Affiliates get the maximum payout on the Unilevel. 21 REWARDS PLAN

22 Glossary of Terms Enroll: $39 one-year membership, which includes: Back Office: A password protected business center for an Affiliate s business, which includes online support, real time viewing of commissions, views of an Affiliates entire organization including Customers as well as important notifications from the company, and much more Replicated Website: Personal Replicated Website for you to share your business and products with others. An Affiliate Enrollment fee is non-refundable. Preferred Customer (PC): Someone that agrees to have the product shipped to them every month. Preferred Customers (PCs) will pay the exact same price as our Affiliates for all the products as a way to say thanks for being a loyal Customer! Qualified Affiliate: An Active Affiliate becomes Qualified when he or she personally sponsors 2 Affiliates who become Active with one on the left team and one on the right team, both of which having purchased one of the Initial Order packages. Reward Points (RP): Reward Points are applied to every Active Business Center along a binary-structure genealogy from where the purchase occurs upwards. For example, if a $199 Affiliate Starter Pack is purchased, then 100 Reward Points would flow up to all Active Business Centers that are connected in the binary genealogy. REWARDS PLAN 22
