7 DIRECT REFERRAL BONUS You can create unlimited Sponsors & each Sponsor you will get Rs.100/- Bonus.. Your only 1st Sponsor Bonus ( Rs.100/- ) will not count. After Total Minimum 4 Sponsors and 1st Phase Leel 20 IBDs Completed you will eligible for Siler Matching Bonus to Crown Matching Bonus. After minimum 4 Sponsors and 1st Phase Leel 40 IBDs completed you will eligible for 2nd Phase Leel Bonus to Unlimited Phase Leel Bonus. After minimum 6 Sponsors completed you will count as Siler Royalty Member. Siler Royalty Bonus=(0.5% of Weekly Product Selling Turnoer)/(No of Siler Royalty Members). 21 REPURCHASE BONUS (ONLINE RECHARGE) For eligible Online Recharge Bonus weekly each IBD minimum Rs.20/- recharge (DTH / Mobile) Compulsory. In Online Recharge Bonus you will get up to 30th Leel Bonus. 1st Leel to 30th Leel 0.07%. Online Recharge Bonus will Calculate according to your Leel Structure. Siler Royalty, Gold Royalty, Boost Bonus and Diamond Royalty Bonus are only for Online Recharge. Weekly Closing & No Capping.

22 TOURS FUND, CAR FUND, HOUSE FUND & INSURANCE FUND After Total Minimum 20, 40, 200, 500 IBDs (between 2nd Leel to 4th Leel) & minimum 12 sponsors completed you will eligible for aboe 4 types Fund respectiely. IBD will receie only Foreign Tours Package, Bike/Car, House/Land & LIC Jeean Anand Insurance Package against these Fund respectiely. TOURS FUND = (0.5% of Monthly Product selling Turnoer) / (No. of Tours Fund Achieers). CAR FUND = (0.5% of Monthly Product selling Turnoer) / (No. of Car Fund Achieers). HOUSE FUND = (0.5% of Monthly Product selling Turnoer) / (No. of House Fund Achieers). INSURANCE FUND = (0.5% of Monthly Product selling Turnoer) / (No. of Insurance Fund Achieers).

We feel proud to our All IBD s that they will contribute Rs.5/- of their eery bonus into the welfare fund, which will be used in many ways towards general and social welfare through Our Welfare Club. Welfare fund will be used in many ways like proiding Walking sticks to blinds, Tricycle to handicaps, Sewing machines to distressed women, Organising blood donation camps, Relief in flood & cyclone affected areas and many more through Our Welfare Club. Upon death or permanent disability, the rights & responsibilities of the IBD are passed to the rightful nominee as mentioned in the profile who will be entitled to receie all benefits on submission of IBD s death certificate and other necessary documents from the appropriate authority along with filled registration forms of nominee. The nominee shall be bound to abide by the terms & conditions of the original ROUX agreement done with the Company along with all rules & regulations.
