5 Direct Sponsor Incentive The Direct Selling Agent can promote Eduse Marketing Pvt Ltd on social media, or to his contacts / general acquaintances, relatives etc. If an existing active Direct Selling Agent through his Direct Selling Code (Login ID) introduces a new Direct Selling Agent, who purchases the products then he / she can earn Direct Sponsor Incentive of that sale of product. For first two Directs you will earn 240/- and after that on every direct you will earn 400/- on each direct The following examples will explain the calculations, how we calculate our Direct Sponsor Incentive. Just Suppose that in first month when you have joined, you have sponsored 6 of your Business Partners as your downline distributors. And they upgrade their Ids with any package code than your Direct Sponsor Incentive will be as. 6 Indirect Sponsor Incentive The Direct Selling Agent can promote Eduse Marketing Pvt Ltd on social media, or to his contacts / general acquaintances, relatives etc. If an existing active Direct Selling Agent through his Direct Selling Code (Login ID) introduces a new Direct Selling Agent, who purchases the products then he / she can earn Indirect Sponsor Incentive of that sale of product. From frontlines of 3 rd and 4th Directs you will earn 240/- from every direct frontline sponsors and you will earn 400/- on each frontline direct from your 3rd and 4th direct sponsors. The following examples will explain the calculations, how we calculate our Direct Sponsor Incentive. 7 Sales Point Balance Incentive After your joining when you start your business and you place your business partners in your team. When they upgrade their Ids to qualify for income, their SP will be added in your Origins. Company will pay you Sales Point Balance Incentive according to matching of SP from your both origins. Every matching SP has value of Rs 100 ( 1 SP = Rs 100 ) The following examples will explain the calculations, how we calculate our Points Balance Income Just Suppose that in first month when you have joined, you have sponsored 6 of your Business Partners as your downline distributors. 9 Sales Pool Incentive If you sponsor 4 direct Business Partners within 15 days from your joining date (not your activation date) than you will enter in Sales Pool. Company takes 200/- from every sale in company and distributes equally in sales pool participants. Retail Profit ~ 10-20% When you purchase any product for yourself you save upto 20% due to difference between MRP and Distributor Price. Because we offer a saving of upto 20% on all products. The following example will help you to understand your saving. MRP = 120/D.P. (Distributer Price) = 100/Your Saving = = 20/If you buy our products worth 10,000 in a month for self consumption you will save upto 2,000 for yourself. Performance Bonus ~ 3-20% Every distributer has to qualify to achieve Performance Bonus. He has to purchase products of minimum 100 P.V. every month. Performance Bonus is distributed on total GPV of your team. If in any case a distributor fails to make personal purchase, the bonus earned in that month is carried forward and is released in the month, the distributor makes personal purchase.

11 Performance Bonus Example The following examples will explain the calculations, how we calculate our Performance Bonus Just Suppose that in first month when you have joined, you have sponsored 4 of your Business Partners as your downline distributors. Your Personal PV (PPV) = 7,000 PV Your Partner A S (PPV) = 2,000 PV Your Partner B S (PPV) = 4,000 PV Your Partner C S (PPV) = 9,000 PV Your Partner D S (PPV) = 17,000 PV A B Your Group Sales Volume (GPV) = 39,000 You and your group are eligible to 10% performance bonus 10% of 39,000 = Rs. 3,900 Rs 3,900 will be divided among your downlines according to the levels of their achievement. A who is qualified for 3% gets 2,000 X 3% = Rs 60 B who is qualified for 3% gets 4,000 X 3% = Rs 120 C who is qualified for 5% gets 9,000 X 5% = Rs 450 D who is qualified for 8% gets 17,000 X 8% = Rs 1,360 Amount distributed to your downlines = Rs 1,990 Hence your earning for the month = Rs 1,910 You C D
12 Growth Bonus 2.5-5% After your joining when you start your business and you place your business partners in your team. When they start shopping on their Ids their PV will be added in your Origins. Company will pay you Growth Bonus according to 2.5% of PV from your every distributers from both origins. 2.5% of PV will be calculated up to 10 Levels.After 4 directs when you place any direct in your downline you will be paid additional 5% from his first 4 directs up to 10 levels. After 10 levels additional 5% will be continue up to unlimited depth but 2.5% will end. The following examples will explain the calculations, how we calculate our Team Growth Bonus A,B,C, & D are your 4 directs, you will be paid 2.5% of PV. But E are your 5th direct and placed in downline of D you will be paid 7.5% from E s downline and D will be paid 2.5% of E s PV. After 10 level from E s downline your 5% will remain continue up to unlimited depth. You A 2.5% C 2.5% B 2.5% D 2.5% E %
13 Green Pool Income 10% Once a distributer achieves more than 7,20,000 GPV any time in life he will enter in GREEN POOL and will get benefits of green pool. Company will fill pool with 10% of company s total PV and will distribute among all Green Pool Achievers. TO receive GREEN POOL income, every distributer has to purchase minimum 300 PV on his personal id.if in any case a distributor fails to make personal purchase, the bonus earned in that month will not be distributed. Sampoorna Suraksha Once you achieve A.C.H. Rank in Company and have 6 active direct front legs, Company will give you a family Medicover of 3 lacs. For lifetime Note:- You have to achieve 50,000 PPV every year for lifetime SAMPOORNA SURAKSHA
14 Accidental Fund 3% Once you active distributer in Company and have at least one payout in last 3 months and if you meet to any uncertain situation, Company will give you an additional security as Accidental Fund. T & C :-1. The Accidental Fund may not be used for Business Development its only for you to support for any uncertaincity. 2. Rs 25,000 per month is maximum you can get in Accidental Fund and Max. 2.5 Lak for first time. Travel Bonus 3% you have 6 frontline business partners and 1 of them maintain total 50,000 GPV for two consecutive months. Now you will qualify for Travel Bonus for lifetime. T & C :-1. The Travel Bonus may also be used for Business Development after getting approval from the Company. 2. Rs 25,000 per month is maximum you can earn in Travel Bonus.
15 Car Bonus 4% you have 6 frontline business partners and 2 of them maintain total 50,000 GPV for two consecutive months. Now you will qualify for Car Bonus for lifetime. T & C :-1. A Distributor qualifying for the Car Bonus has to purchase a car after getting an approval from the company. 2. The Car Bonus may also be used for Business Development after getting approval from the Company. 3. Rs 50,000 per month is maximum you can earn in Car Bonus. House Bonus 5% you have 6 frontline business partners and 4 of them maintain total 50,000 GPV for two consecutive months. Now you will qualify for House Bonus for lifetime. T & C :-1. The House Bonus may also be used for Business Development after getting approval from the Company. 2. Rs 1,00,000 per month is maximum you can earn in House Bonus.
16 Loyalty Bonus 10% If you have qualified for Car Bonus and House Bonus than you are eligible for Loyalty Bonus. How much Loyalty Bonus Point you will earn,more Bonus you will earn. On every 25,000 GPV of each leg you will earn 1 (LP) Loyalty Point. Company will distribute total 10% of Company s total PV of that month according to your Loyalty Point. The following examples will explain the calculations, how we calculate our Team Growth Bonus Just Suppose that in first month when you have joined, you have sponsored 4 of your Business Partners as your down line distributors. 17 Royalty Bonus 5% If you have qualified for Travel Bonus Car Bonus,House Bonus and Loyalty Bonus than you are eligible for Royalty Bonus. Royalty Bonus is an income where you wont be forced to perform. It means if your team is not performing, you will be paid Royalty from Company s turn over. Your Royalty Bonus = Company s Total PV X 5% Total Royalty Achievers In Company
