4 LET S GET TO KNOW SOME OF THE COMPENSATION PLAN BASICS AND THE KEY TERMS WE WILL REFER TO WHEN EXPLAINING HOW YOU EARN COMMISSIONS. All volume and commissions are based on calendar months, the 1st day of the month until the last day of the month. PERSONAL VOLUME () The combined volume from each product you and your customers purchase. Volume is equal to the retail price of the product purchased. Advisors receive a 2 discount on every product, the generated by personal purchases is equal to the Retail Price. ACTIVE ADVISOR To qualify for commissions you must have at least 100 each month in Personal Volume (). 2 base commission is paid on every product sold to customers. Products purchased at your 2 Advisor discount have received the commission upfront. Shipping and tax are not included in volume calculation. BONUS COMMISSIONS When your meets and exceeds 1,000 you receive a bonus on all, not just the over 1,000. additional Bonus Commissions are earned for every 1,000 in up to 2 in Bonus Commission (2 base commission plus 2 bonus commission is 50% in total commissions). GROUP VOLUME (GV) The combination of your Personal Volume and your Downline s Personal Volume. Group Volume determines monthly Pay Rank and Rank Advancements. COMMISSIONABLE VOLUME (CV) You are paid a commission percentage on your Downline based on the total Commissionable Volume (CV) of their sales. Commissionable Volume is 7 of the Retail Price. ACTIVE LEG When an Advisor in a Leg has at least 100 in that Leg becomes an Active Leg. Active Legs determine monthly Pay Rank and Rank Advancements. PAY RANK/PAID AS RANK Commission percentages and number of Downline pay levels are based on the Pay Rank achieved each month. BACKOFFICE Online dashboard for running your business. This is where you enter orders, run reports, track packages, view commissions, access free training and manage your customer base. ADVISOR PROFIT SHARING Premier Advisors and above earn a bonus commission on the CV of every new Advisor in their personal Group Volume Downline in the first two full calendar months. ADVISOR GENERATION BONUS When Advisors in your team become Premier Advisors their Group Volume breaks away from your Group Volume and Generation Bonuses can be earned. GRACE MONTH A Grace Month allows you to be a Paid As Premier Advisor if you have the structure, but not the Group Volume. When you are a Paid As Premier Advisor or above and a new Premier Advisor promotes you will receive 2 Grace Months. If you are a Paid As Premier Advisor for six consecutive months, without using a Grace Month, you will earn 1 additional Grace Month. LEG Every Advisor that you personally sponsor on your Level 1 becomes a new Leg in your Downline.
5 PERSONAL VOLUME COMMISSIONS Beauty Society pays an equal 2 base commission on every product sold to customers whether the order is placed on your website, at a Facial Party, an auto delivery or placed directly by you in the Backoffice. Volume is earned at the full retail price paid of each product; no products have a volume lower than the retail price. BONUS COMMISSIONS ON PERSONAL VOLUME In addition to your 2 base commission you can earn up to a 2 bonus commission on your personal volume () at the end of each calendar month. Your monthly bonus is calculated upon the total personal and customer sales at the retail price paid. 1,000 1,999 = Bonus +2 Base = Commission 2,000 2,999 = Bonus +2 Base = 3 Commission 3,000 3,999 = 1 Bonus +2 Base = 40% Commission 4,000 4,999 = 20% Bonus +2 Base = 4 Commission 5,000 and above = 2 Bonus +2 Base = 50% Commission LEVEL COMMISSIONS Your income really grows when you start recruiting and building a team. A commission percentage is paid on your downline based on the Pay Rank you achieve each calendar month. The greater your Pay Rank, the higher commissions you will earn on each of your downline levels. Once you become a Premier Advisor there is NO LIMIT to the number of levels you are paid, it is infinite.

8 Star THREE A D V I S O R 2 8% LEVEL in 5,000 in GV 3 Active Legs 1 Active Leg is Paid As 2 Star Advisor or above PERSONAL VOLUME COMMISSION You earn a 2 base commission on every product sold to customers 8% BONUS COMMISSIONS ON PERSONAL VOLUME In addition to your 2 Personal Volume () Base Commission you can earn up to 2 in Bonus Commission on your Personal Volume 8% 2 8% 1,000 1,999 = Bonus 2,000 2,999 = Bonus 3,000 3,999 = 1 Bonus 4,000 4,999 = 20% Bonus 5,000 and above = 2 Bonus LEVEL 3 LEVEL 3 DOWNLINE COMMISSION PAYOUTS 8% on the CV of your Level 1 on the CV of your Level 2 on the CV of your Level 3
9 Premier ADVISOR Promoting to a Premier Advisor allows you to earn commission on EVERY ADVISOR in your Downline, infinite levels deep in your personal Premier Group Volume! You are not limited to 5 or 7 levels, you can be paid on levels 17 or 45. Premier Advisors also receive Advisor Profit Sharing, you receive a bonus commission on the CV of every new Advisor in your personal Group Volume Downline in their first two full calendar months. When Advisors in your Downline become Premier Advisors their Group Volume breaks away from your personal Group Volume. + + to Infinity to Advisor Generations 1,000 in 10,000 in GV 5 Active Legs 2 Active Legs are Paid As 2 Star Advisors or above COMMISSION PAYOUTS Base Commission (2 + Bonus) Up to 50% Commissions on the CV of your Level 1 on the CV of your Level 2 to Infinity, down to your first Advisor Generation Group
10 Senior A D V I S O R Once an Advisor in your Downline promotes to a Paid As Premier Advisor, you can promote to be a Paid As Senior Advisor. You now have an Advisor that is running their own Premier Group, allowing you to be paid a Generation Bonus on their Premier Group Volume, while allowing you to focus on your personal Group Volume. Senior Advisors continue to receive Advisor Profit Sharing on every new Advisor in their personal Group Volume Downline in the first two full calendar months of the new Advisors GEN 1 to Infinity Generation 1 Advisors 1,000 in 10,000 in GV 5 Active Legs 2 Active Legs are Paid As 2 Star Advisors or above 1 Qualified Premier Advisor Leg COMMISSION PAYOUTS - 50% Commission on the CV of Level 1 (L1) on the CV of Level 2 (L2) to infinity on the CV of Generation 1 (G1)
11 Executive ADVISOR Once a second leg in your Downline promotes to a Paid As Premier, and you qualify as a Premier Advisor you are a Paid As Executive Advisor. You now have at least two Advisors that are running their own Premier Groups, allowing you to be paid a Generation Bonus on their Premier Group Volumes and the Group Volume of Level 2 Advisor Generations. Executive Advisors continue to receive Advisor Profit Sharing on every new Advisor in their personal Group Volume downline in the first two full calendar months of the new Advisors GEN 1 GEN 2 to Infinity Generation 1 Generation 2 Advisors Advisors 1,000 in 10,000 in GV 5 Active Legs 2 Qualified Premier Advisor Legs COMMISSION PAYOUTS - 50% Commission on the CV of L1 on the CV of L2 to infinity on the CV of G1 on the CV of G2
12 Principal ADVISOR Once you have three Paid As Premier Advisor legs, one of which is a Paid As Executive Advisor, and you qualify as a Premier Advisor you are a Paid As Principal Advisor. You now have at least three Advisors that are running their own Premier Groups, one of which is running their own Executive Group, allowing you to be paid a Bonus on your Generation 1 and be paid on your Generations 2, and GEN 1 GEN 2 to Infinity Gen 1 Gen 2 Advisors Advisors 3% GEN 3 Gen 3 Advisors Principal Advisors continue to receive Advisor Profit Sharing on every new Advisor in their personal Group Volume Downline in the first two full calendar months of the new Advisors. 1,000 in 10,000 in GV 5 Active Legs 3 Paid As Premier Advisor Legs 1 Paid As Executive Advisor Leg COMMISSION PAYOUTS - 50% Commission on the CV of L1 on the CV of L2 to Infinity on the CV of G1 on the CV of G2 3% on the CV of G3 3% G 3

You now have at least eight Advisors that are running their own Premier Groups, two of which are running their own Select Groups, allowing you to be paid a Bonus on your Generations 1, 2 and 3 be paid on your Generations 4 and 5. Ultimate Advisors continue to receive Advisor Profit Sharing on every new Advisor in their personal Group Volume Downline in the first two full calendar months of the new Advisors.
