5 LEADER DEVELOPMENT (LD) MONTHLY bonus supporting EFFORT and rewarding GROWTH EARNING PERIOD 1: Once EP1 is over, ABO moves to EP2 and can earn from R 800 to R 3,000 PPV 12 R R 1,500 Can earn a maximum of 3 payments in EP 1 within a 6 month earning period Earning Period 1 starts counting from the 1st month when LD bonus is earned 6 R 2, Within EP 1 ABO can earn any of the four available bonus types by meeting respective criteria Once maximum 3 payments are earned or 6 months period is over (whatever comes first) ABO moves to EP2 & can no longer earn R 800 LD bonus First time qualifiers require a minimum of leg structure instead of All other criteria remain unchanged. Q R 3, = min 2,400 Group PV (GPV), 15 = min 4,000 GPV, = min 7,000 GPV. Q is a qualified Silver Producer month. 5

Q is a qualified Silver Producer month. 7

Q is a qualified Silver Producer month. 8

10 Comments LEADER DEVELOPMENT EARNING PERIOD 1 TO 4 Starting with EP 1, an ABO can qualify for a R 800, R 1,500 or R 2,000 or even R 3,000 LD bonus! ABO can start the next EP after they receive all payments or once the previous EP is over, whatever comes first. 11 LEADER DEVELOPMENT (LD) Earning Period 5 (EP5) Qualification Criteria for ABOs at Founders Platinum level and above Southern Africa Growth Incentive Programme 20/20 All ABOs who finish PY 2017/ as FPL or above are eligible only for EP 5 throughout the whole duration of the LD. EP 5 bonus may differ depending on ABO legs structure each month: ABOs who have 100 PPV, Q month and support at least three (3) frontline legs to qualify at minimum are eligible for R6,000 ABOs who have 100 PPV, GPV and support at least three (3) frontline legs at Q-Q-12 are eligible for R9,000 ABOs who have 100 PPV and support at least three (3) Q legs (Q-Q-Q) are eligible for R15,000 Once ABOs are eligible for EP 5 bonus, they are not eligible for lower EPs throughout duration of LD. Once ABOs are eligible for EP 5 bonus (no matter if any payments have been earned) they are eligible only for EP 5 throughout the whole duration of the LD. If ABOs are below FPL level, they can only be eligible for R3,000 in months when they have 100 PPV, Q month and support at least three (3) frontline legs to qualify at minimum EP 5 has a limited duration of 24 months with maximum 24 payments. EP 5 limited duration starts counting from September 20 EP 5 duration starts counting from the month when the first LD EP 5 payment is earned. 11

12 LEADERSHIP TRAINING SEMINAR (LTS) QUALIFICATION CRITERIA PY 20/ Emeralds and above are automatically qualified for LTS Platinum to Founders Sapphire (FSAP) inclusive, must meet the below Q-month criteria based on their LTS timer. In addition, must also meet one of the Business Development Criteria. Business Development Criteria* Number of LTS Qualifications Q month Number of LD Payments (EP1 EP5) Number of months with 100 PPV and 3 legs at min First time Second time Third time & beyond Founders Platinum** 6 4 First time LTS qualification means that your last LTS qualification was in the PY 2012/13 or earlier. *This criteria is applicable for 20/20 as a transitional year ** With Founders Platinum, Volume Equivalency (VE) will apply i.e. achieve a minimum of 10 qualified months with volume (THIS WILL INCLUDE ALL DOWNLINE VOLUME)

13 TERMS AND CONDITIONS Southern Africa Growth Incentive Programme 20/20 The terms of the GROWTH INCENTIVE PROGRAMME may be revoked, cancelled, modified or conditioned by Amway at any time, at its sole discretion. Prior to approving qualification, Amway may track and verify volumes leading to ABO s qualification throughout the period of qualification and up to and including the time the award or bonus is to be disbursed to ensure that the qualification is earned in accordance to the Amway Rules of Conduct and Amway Policies, which can be found under ( This website also includes the Amway Principles on Qualification document, providing information regarding how the Amway Rules of Conduct are enforced. In addition to the performance criteria and adherence to the Amway Rules of Conduct, ABOs must be in good standing and not in breach of their ABO contract with Amway throughout the period of qualification and up to and including the time the award or bonus is to be disbursed. Amway may adjust the Growth Incentive Programme components considering the market situation at any time, at its sole discretion. The participation in the LTS, DC or any other incentive event requires the fulfillment of the relevant qualification criteria and is at the sole discretion of Amway upon written invitation prior to the event. All income amounts mentioned in this document are earned bonus amounts inclusive of VAT. Please refer to additional explanations and details in the Your Questions Answered Document for more specifics. These are binding documents for GIP 20/. The possible minimum duration of this GIP is until the end of PY 20/, if it generates the expected benefits. 13
