We request you to forward your quotations and other particulars as per Annexure-2, latest by 3.00 p.m. on 23 February Your quotation should be in a sealed cover, superscribed Quotation For Supply of Chairs addressed to the Chief General Manager, NABARD, Odisha Regional Office, 2/1 Civic Centre, Nayapalli, Bhubaneswar Yours faithfully (B. 2 Annexure-1 NABARD ODISHA RO NAYAPALLI BHUBANESWAR. QUOTATION FOR PURCHASE OF WORKSTATION CHAIRs 1-Sope of Work- A) Purchase of work station chairs for use of staff of NABARD as per specifications. Type-Hydraulic Revolving. Colour- To be specified in the final work order. Quantity required - Approximately Terms & Conditions. 1) The price quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and ancillary costs like transportation charges, installation costs etc. No additional cost shall be paid for such purposes. 2) The quotation should be invariably accompanied by manufacturer s information brochure of the articles quoted for. 3) The articles as per quality and specifications are to be delivered and installed at NABARD Odisha RO IRC Village Nayappalli Bhubaneswar within seven days from getting the order for supply. Articles not conforming to quality and specifications will be summarily rejected. 4) After successful installation of the articles all the payments shall be made through e-payments only; the bidders should take care to furnish their correct bank details at the appropriate place in the quotation format. 5) The quotations shall be opened after 30 minutes from the latest time stipulated for receiving the quotation. The willing bidders may remain present during the quotation opening process.
3 6) The rates quoted are to be submitted strictly in the prescribed proforma as per Annexure-2. Any other mode of quotation shall be summarily rejected 7) The brand and model of the furniture to be purchased shall be finally selected by the Purchase Committee on the basis of rates quoted vis-à-vis quality of the article. The sample of an article provisionally selected by the Purchase Committee may be required to be physically demonstrated by the concerned bidding agency by bringing it to our office premises at Bhubaneswar for physical inspection. No cost shall be paid for such demonstration. 8) The bidder has to duly sign at the appropriate place on this pages for having accepted the terms and conditions and enclose it to the bid without which the bid shall not be taken into consideration. 9) The approximate quantity of the articles specified may vary depending on the actual requirement. 10) The agency has to specify the provisions of after-sale service and warranty for the articles to be purchased. 11) Bidders may choose to quote for any other equivalent brand or model they think to be suitable. 12) Bidders may choose to bid for buy-back of the existing workstation chairs used by NABARD. The chairs are of Godrej make and were purchased in January The willing bidders may physically inspect the old chairs before bidding for buy-back. 13) NABARD reserves the right to cancel the quotation process without assigning any reason.
