Dear Sir/s, National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development, is a body corporate established under the NABARD Act, 1981 (hereinafter referred to as "NABARD") having its Head Office at Plot No. C-24, Block 'G', Bandra-Kurla Complex, Bandra (East), Mumbai and Regional Offices (ROs) / Training Establishments (TEs) in different cities across the country. 2. NABARD, Assam Regional Office, Guwahati intends to invite sealed quotations for Supply and Installation of 25 nos. Refrigerator to SRAs of Assam Regional Office, NABARD, under buyback of 36 nos. old Refrigerators as is where is basis. Details are as under- Sl. No cost will be charged for the bid document downloaded by the bidders from NABARD website ( 5. The bidder shall deposit Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) amounting to Rs. 9,000/- (Rs. Nine thousand) only through Demand Draft, failing which the quotation shall be rejected. No interest shall be paid on the EMD submitted by the bidders, EMD of the unsuccessful bidders would be refunded within reasonable period of time. 6. The sealed quotation shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly labelled as Supply and Installation of 25 nos. 4 7. The envelope must be super-scribed with the name of vendor/bidder should be dropped in the tender box located in the 3 rd floor of the above office by 08 March 2019 upto 15 hrs. 8. It must be noted that unsealed quotations and / or quotations not accompanied by EMD shall be rejected. EMD may be enclosed in envelope of technical bid. 9. NABARD reserves the right to reject or accept any quotation without assigning any reason and NABARD's decision in all such matters shall be final and binding on all bidders. 10. The quotations shall not include any conditions whatsoever. In case any conditions are included in the quotations, the same shall not be taken into consideration and tender in such cases is liable to be rejected. 11. The agency must be registered and complying with all statutory requirements. 12. The agency must have registered with GST authority and must have valid GST number. 13. No advance will be given for the work and payment will only be made after receiving satisfactory report from Care Taker/ P&SO officer. 14. Quotations received after the above time and date will not be accepted. 15. NABARD does not bind itself to accept the lowest or all quotations and reserve the right to reject, negotiate any or all the quotations received and also to split the work without assigning any reason. 16. The bids shall be valid for at least 03 month from the date of opening of the tenders. 17. Rates in the price bid must be quoted both in the words and figures and in case of discrepancy, rates quoted in words will prevail. 18. The quotation should be signed on each page by the bidder or his duly authorized representative. Any overwriting, correction or cancellations should be duly authenticated with seal. Bid documents should he accompanied by a certified true copy of an absolute of attorney in favour of signatory to the documents. 19. Any discrepancies, omissions, ambiguities or conflicts in contract document or any doubts as to its meaning should be brought to the notice of the bank. The bank will review these and where information sought is not clearly indicated or specific, will issue a clarifying bulletin to all bidders which will form part of the contract documents. Should I/We fail to execute the contract when called upon to do so, I/We hereby agree that this sum shall be fortified by me/us to the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development. I/We further agree to complete the work within 10 days from the date of issuance of the work order by NABARD. I/We agree not to employ Sub-Contractors other than those that may be approved by NABARD. 5
