1 1-17 APRIL 18 Companies to exhibit at ITM 18 are required to settle a down-payment of %. The companies applying to exhibit at the fair will receive a space allocation provided by the Organizer upon the Applicant's request and the space availabilities. The Applicant is required to approve or dissaprove the space allocation within 7 days. Upon the final space reservation, the "Space Rental Contract" will be issued and the above mentioned downpayment of % will be transfered within 5 days of the contract date and the remaining balance will be remitted as per the period stated on the space rental contract. We hereby confirm the accuracy of the information provided and request TEKNIK FAIRS Inc. and TÜYAP FAIRS AND EXHIBITIONS ORGANIZATION Inc. (TUYAP) to admit us as an exhibitor to ITM 18 to be held on 1-17 April 18 at Tuyap Convention and Congress Center Beylikdüzü. Please submit these forms in signed and stamped. Applications unsigned, unstamped, and received wthout % down-payment debit slip will not be registered by the Organizer. Please fill in the form on a PC B - Space Rental Contract % of the total amount of the contract to be paid within 5 days in cash or bank transfer. The rest will be paid by bank transfer. All the payments must be done according to payment plan on the exhibitor rental contract. Exhibitors who apply less than after the to the fair must pay 1% on signing the contract. Contract fee and payment information will be calculated upon the space rental and will be sent with the contract confirmation.
