The registration fee, which includes participation right and enlistment to the exhibition's catalogue, is formed according to the size (squared meters) of the booth. The fee gets doubled after the deadline. The submission of this application form as well as the foreseen payment under no circumstances provide any participation right until a written confirmation has been issued by the Organizer, Hellenic Association of Furriers. The Organizer reserves its rights to reject any application in its absolute discretion and is under no obligation to give any reason therefore. 3 Participation Fee - Exhibition space rental 1. The registration fee, which includes participation right and enlistment to the exhibition's catalogue, is formed according to the size (squared meters) of the booth as follows: Squared Meters Registration Fee < 99 sq.m VAT sq.m VAT > 200 sq.m VAT The registration fee gets doubled after the deadline of November 30th, 2016, for each of the above categories. The cost for one page advertisement in the exhibition's catalogue is VAT 1. Exhibition space rental per sq.m. is VAT 2. Exhibition space rental for New and Small Greek Manufacturing companies* which participate for the first time, is 80 per sq.m + VAT for a stand up to 40sq.m. This offer is for a limited available space and after approval from the Board Council of Hellenic Association of Furriers. 3. The Hellenic Association of Furriers has the right to offer special prices to its members or any special participation packages to FEA's exhibitors, after approval from its Board Council. Having read all of the above and the General Conditions of FEA 2017, we wish to participate in the Exhibition and we request an unfitted exhibition space (ground floor) of. sq.m. 4 Payment Methods The total Participation Fee (Registration fee plus Exhibition space rental) will be paid with Bank transfer or by cheque payable to the Organizing Company ROTA as follows: A. Upon signing the Application Form, participants must pay the registration fee. Registration fee is not refundable in any case. B. Having signed the Application Form and not later than 30/11/2016, participants must pay the 25% of the net value of the rental. The amount of the deposit is not refundable in any case. C. The remaining 75% of the of the net value of the rental will be paid to the Organizers as follows: The 25% until January 15, 2017 The remaining 50% until March 15, The VAT amount should be paid by Bank transfer to the Organizing Company ROTA or by cheque payable to ROTA, upon the issue of the invoice, until March 28, 2017, the latest.
