3 ORDER OF SERVICES HOW TO ORDER SERVICES Fill out the enclosed Forms and take notes of deadlines for particular services and contact persons. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our Exhibition Management; The deadline for submitting the orders is July 27, A 25 % SURCHARGE WILL BE APPLIED FOR ORDER FORMS RECEIVED AFTER THIS DATE. Orders made after the deadline cannot be guaranteed. These orders will be processed individually, according to the availability of the required services. ORDER OF BOOTH SURFACE AREA Order of surface area, cost of 390 / sqm at a minimum of 12 sqm. Please contact Exhibition Management; EDTNAERCA@presentation-branding.com ON-SITE ORDERS Services ordered during the set-up period, exhibition itself or when the event is over, will be provided only according to the availability of the respective work persons and/or materials. The exhibitor will be asked to make complete payment for required services in advance. Only then the service will be provided. No copies of payment confirmations or similar documents will be accepted. Actualization of requirements made after the deadline and on-site orders can take longer than normal orders. We therefore recommend placing all orders in time. TERMS OF PAYMENTS After receiving the Order Forms the Exhibition Management will send an invoice to the exhibitor and it must be paid in time. The deadline for the payment of all orders is AUGUST 17, CLAIMS Claims can be made only by the end of the event. Claims must be made in writing and will only be accepted at the Exhibition Management desk in Genoa. Claims submitted later will not be taken into consideration. 11 ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT ORDER FORM 2/2 Electric Power Supply Rules and Conditions Every 12 sq m of exhibition space includes a CEE 16A single phase outlet kw. The Conference Management is not responsible for voltage fluctuations or power failure to any service line. The supply of additional electrical power is subjected to the technical possibilities of the booth's location. Congress Center Management reserves the right to limit the amount of power granted on the basis of power availability. The Conference Management is not responsible for any equipment installed beyond the provided power supply position. This equipment must be installed in observance of the CEI laws 64-8 and the DPR 81/2008. I Cotone Congressi Genova reserves the right to authorise its electricians to disconnect, at any time, wiring or wired equipment constituting code violations. All electrical equipment including lighting must be grounded. Fee for installation and consumption of electric power not foreseen initially will be invoiced on a lump-sum basis directly to the exhibitor. This fee covers the duration of the exhibition opening time. The Conference Management reserves the right to adjust the above indicated rate following any possible increases issued by power supplying companies and occurring after the order form has been handed in.
