NO TO MAKE CHANGES TO THE 2018 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BUDGET AND CAPITAL ASSETS WHEREAS, St. Tammany Parish Government has identified additional capital improvements and capital assets for the Fiscal Year 2018; and WHEREAS, in accordance with Section IV of Ordinance C.S. No which allows St. Tammany Parish Government to amend said ordinance by resolution, we submit the following amendments to the Capital Improvements and/or Capital Assets Sections. THE PARISH OF ST. Allocate available funds for storm drainage pipe. Funding Source: Ad Valorem Tax & Available Fund Balances Add additional funding for mitigation costs associated with the construction of the drainage detention pond. Total project funding is $1,529, as follows: $385, from Capital Projects Fund Drainage - Parishwide and $1,144, from Special Revenue Fund Grants - Drainage. Allocate available funds for consultant services for tasks associated with regulation of rivers, streams, lakes, and wetlands with the Parish's drainage network. Funding Source: Utility Operation Revenues & Available Fund Balances Add additional funding for construction costs to upgrade the Colonial Court Lift Station. The lift station provides conveyance of wastewater for a large service area, and the capacity needs to be increased to improve the performance and accommodate additional development. Allocate available funds for construction of a sound barrier within the Westwood Wastewater Treatment Plant in the Tall Timbers subdivision. SECTION II: CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS - FACILITIES GRANTS - AIRPORT Funding Source: LA DOTD Stationary Type Emergency Generator Grant award received for a stationary type emergency generator at the St. Tammany Parish Regional Airport.
