1 Visa paywave Amazing Wave & Win Promotion By participating in the Visa paywave Amazing Wave & Win Promotion ( The Promotion ), or attempting to utilize any of the benefits or privileges of the Promotion, the participants are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions as set out below: - 1. ELIGIBILITY 1.1 The Promotion is open to person(s) who fulfill the below criteria ( Eligible Participants ): i) Aged Above 18 and who is a Malaysian citizen, permanent resident of Malaysia, the holder of Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) or non-malaysian resident; and. ii) NOT employees or tenants of Mid Valley Megamall ( MVM ), or employees of Visa (which shall mean any one or more of the following: Visa Worldwide Pte. Limited, Visa International Service Association, Visa International (Asia-Pacific), LLC and any other entity that, directly or indirectly, controls, is controlled by or is under common control with any Visa entity), their advertising agencies, sales promotion agencies, or immediate family members of such employees Notwithstanding anything herein, Visa has the absolute discretion at any time, to determine the eligibility of any Eligible Participant and shall not be obliged to give any reasons whatsoever, the decision(s) made by Visa shall be final. 2. MECHANICS 2.1 The Promotion will be held for 28 days, beginning from 6 April am to 3 May pm ( Promotion Period ), Malaysian time at MVM. 2.2 The Promotion consists of two (2) tiers, i ) Promotion 1 Experience Visa paywave and get a mystery gift ( Visa paywave Experience ) ii) Promotion 2 Wave your Visa paywave card and win a pair of GSC Movie Tickets. ( Wave & Win ) Each Promotion is governed by different mechanics and subject to the terms and conditions hereinafter appeared. 2.3 Each Eligible Participant is only allowed to get one (1) gift from the Visa paywave Experience and a maximum of 3 pairs redemption of GSC Movie Tickets from the Wave & Win, per day during the promotion period from the Visa Amazing Wave & Win Booth located at: i.) East Entrance Atrium, Ground floor (6 April 19 April 2015) ii.) Third Centre South Area, Third floor (20 April 3 May 2015) 3. PROMOTION 1: VISA paywave EXPERIENCE 3.1 The Eligible Participants shall register with our Visa ambassador by providing his/ her personal details such as name and contact details and agreeing that his/her personal details will be given to Visa. 3.2 The Eligible Participants will randomly select one (1) mystery gift from the gondola display at the Visa Amazing Wave and Win Booth and are required to perform a make believe Visa paywave transaction with a mock Visa paywave card at the check out counter. 3.3 Visa reserves the right not to entertain any application made by the Eligible Participants if the abovementioned requirement(s) is/are not fulfilled. 3.4 The mystery gift is non-transferrable and not exchangeable for cash. 3.5 The mystery gift is to be redeemed on the same day as the make believe Visa paywave transaction take place.

2 3.6 A total of 400 mystery gifts are to be given out daily, an additional of 50 mystery gifts will be given out during weekends, on a first come, first served basis. Should there be any unclaimed mystery gifts on any one day, Visa will bring forward such mystery gifts to the next day until the end of the Promotion Period. PROMOTION 2: WAVE & WIN 4.1 This Wave & Win promotion is open to all individual Malaysian residents, Permanent Residents and Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) who is the principal or supplementary Visa paywave cardholder ( Promotion Cardholder ). 4.2 For the avoidance of doubt, the Promotion Cardholder whose account(s) with the respective banks has been suspended or terminated or who has breached any other agreements with the respective banks are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. 4.3 The Promotion Cardholder stands a chance to win one (1) pair of Golden Screen Cinemas ( GSC ) Movie Tickets, with every wave of RM50 via their Visa paywave card at AEON, AEON Big, AEON Wellness, Golden Screen Cinemas, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, RadioShack and Krispy Kreme in MVM. 4.4 The Promotion Cardholder shall register with our Visa ambassador by providing his/her personal details such as name, contact details, transaction slip using Visa paywave as proof of

3 purchase and agreeing that his personal details will be given to Visa prior to receiving the GSC Movie Tickets. Redemption must be made on the same day of purchase. 4.5 Visa reserves the right not to entertain any application made by the Promotion Cardholder if the abovementioned requirement(s) is/are not fulfilled. 4.6 A maximum of 100 pairs of GSC Movie Tickets are to be given out daily. Maximum of 3 pairs redemption per day per cardholder. Should there be any unclaimed GSC Movie Tickets at the end of each day, Visa will bring forward such GSC Movie Tickets to the next day until the end of Promotion Period. A maximum of 2800 pairs of GSC Movie tickets will be given away throughout the Promotion Period. 4.7 The GSC Movie Tickets are non-transferrable and not exchangeable for cash. 4.8 Visa reserves the rights to select, change and substitute the outlets to participate in Promotion For the avoidance of doubt, Visa including their respective representatives, agents and employees shall not be held liable for any costs, tax, expenses, losses or damages suffered by the Promotion Cardholder as a result of their participation in this Promotion or after the GSC Movie Tickets is redeemed Visa reserves the rights to change or substitute the GSC Movie Tickets with other item(s) of similar value without prior notice to the Promotion Cardholder. 5. PARTICIPATING POLICY 5.1 The participants agree to participate in all publicity-related activities such as photo shooting and video taking at the Visa paywave Amazing Wave and Win Booth for promotional purposes during and after the Promotion Period. 5.2 By participating in the Promotion, the participants agree that Visa and their affiliates as well as their respective representatives, agents and employees shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for: i) any deficiency or inadequacy of service provided or any damage suffered by them which may arise from or be in any way connected with their act or omission. ii) any act, omission, failure or delay which is due to an act of God, riots, acts of terrorism, storms, fire, any labour or industrial dispute, any strike, and other acts which are not reasonably within the control of Visa. iii) any substitution in any form whatsoever in lieu of the movie ticket and gift (or any items included therein). iv) any mystery gift or movie ticket that is damaged, defaced, illegible, lost or stolen. v) any amount charged to a cardholder s Visa cards account in the course of entering into and participating in the Promotion. 5.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Visa and its affiliates as well as representatives expressly exclude and disclaim any representations, warranties, or endorsements, expressed or implied, written or oral, including but not limited to, any warranty of quality, merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose in respect of the mystery gift and/or movie tickets (and all inclusions therein). 5.4 The participant shall not be entitled to any cash compensation/benefits or substitution in any form whatsoever in lieu of the promotional items included therein. 5.5 For the avoidance of doubt, nothing said or implied during and throughout the Promotion shall in anyway waive, derogate from or amend any of the terms or conditions of any cardholder agreement with the relevant issuing banks.

4 5.6 Any attempt to participate in the Visa paywave Amazing Wave and Win Promotion after the Promotion Period shall not be entertained and any submission which is incomplete, damaged, irregular submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy any of the terms and conditions of the Promotion shall be disqualified. 5.7 By participating in the Promotion, all participants agree to be bound by the applicable rules and regulations, and agree to abide by Visa s decisions, which shall be final. No challenges or protests from the participants will be entertained. 5.8 In the event, persons who are not eligible cardholders; and/or have committed or are suspected of committing any fraudulent or wrongful acts in relation to the use of their Visa Cards and/or any transactions made thereof; Visa and their affiliates as well as their respective representatives reserve the right to disqualify such persons from participating in the Promotion. 6. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PROMOTION 6.1 The terms and conditions set out in this section are cumulative to, and are not meant to derogate from or prejudice, the specific terms and conditions, or rights of Visa and their affiliates as well as their respective representatives, agents or employees in respect of the Promotion as stated herein. 6.2 By participating in or attempting to participate in the Promotion, all participants agree to take part in any promotion or publicity exercise as may be conducted by Visa and: i) irrevocably and unconditionally grant Visa all consents and waivers necessary for Visa to record and use their performance, appearance, likeness, name, voice and/or particulars (as the case may be) in any manner as Visa shall in its sole discretion deem fit; ii) irrevocably acknowledge and agree that Visa shall be at liberty to publish and otherwise use any such recordings made by Visa, including, without limitation, telephone recordings, audio recordings, visual recordings and photographs (if any), for the promotion and publicity of the Promotion (whether now or in the future); and iii) assigns to Visa all rights which the participants may acquire or have under law in relation to such recordings. 6.3 All entries remain the sole property of Visa. 6.4 All participants hereby give their consent to and authorize Visa to disclose their particulars to the third party service providers engaged by Visa for purposes of the Promotion. Visa warrant that the disclosure of such particulars to any third party service providers shall be limited to the information as submitted by the participant and shall be used only in relation to and for purposes of the Promotion. All Participants information submitted shall be held within Visa s secure database of entries and shall be destroyed 2 months after the promotion ends. 6.5 Visa reserve the right: i) to amend, delete or add to any of the terms and conditions herein; ii) to cancel, terminate or suspend the Promotion, at any time with or without notice to a participant 6.6 The participants may refer to applicable terms and conditions of the Promotion, with relevant updates if any, by logging on to For the avoidance of any doubt, the exercise by Visa of any of its foregoing rights shall not entitle any participants to claim for compensation whatsoever against Visa and/or in relation to the Promotion. 6.8 Visa shall not be liable to any participant for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage (including, but not limited to, loss of income, profits or goodwill)

5 arising from or in connection with the Promotion or any of the prizes, gifts or benefits provided under the Promotion, even if Visa have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage (including, but not limited to, any loss or damage arising from any failure to receive or process any entry; any error in computing any chance; any computer, telecommunications or equipment failure or malfunction; or any notice which is misdirected or lost in the postal system). 6.9 Visa s decisions on all matters relating to the Promotion are final and binding on all participants of this Promotion, and no correspondence will be entertained In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochures, marketing or other Promotion material relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and all participants of the Promotion shall be deemed agreeable to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
