Incomplete bids, lacking in details, are liable to be rejected. 10 Tenderer should note that their tender shall remain open for consideration for a minimum period of three months from the date of opening of Technical bid. 11 The financial bids will be opened only if at least two Technical bids are found suitable. 12 No negotiation shall be carried out and most competitive rate, therefore, should be offered. 13 The Agency is required to provide its NEFT details along with the Tender Documents. 14 The Tender inviting Authority reserves the right to accept any tender or to reject any call or tenders at his sole discretion without assigning any reason thereof.
