Annual Reports to Stockholders and to SEC In view of the limited number of Bank Holding Company's stockholders and the limited nature of its activities, it is not contemplated that any report to the stockholders will be prepared and instead the financial and other information which would be customarily included in an annual report to stockholders will be presented on an informal basis at this annual meeting. Likewise, Bank Holding Company's one subsidiary, Iroquois Farmers State Bank does not prepare any annual reports for shareholders, and instead the customary annual report information is reviewed on an informal basis at the annual shareholders meeting. Neither Bank Holding Company nor its subsidiaries are required to file reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission and, accordingly, no Form 10-K reports are included. Item 2.
