MFRCs On February 2nd, OPSEU informed the of is decision to terminate the Ministry File Review Committee Pilot Project. January 5, Pursuant to Appendix 4 1 of the collective agreement the Union initiated the required 30 days notice. The parties are committed to wo rking towards final iz ing a l outstanding maters at the MFRCs. Part-time Employee Pay Rates February 8, 2012 OPSEU raised concern that the is recovering overpayments that have resulted from WIN calculations. February 8, OPSEU requested the parties have further discussions regarding how to limit staffing impacts as a result of this announcement. available.
