2 What is Open Enrollment? Open Enrollment is your opportunity to: Re-enroll in your benefits Make changes (add or remove a dependent, add or change plans) 2

3 Benefit Changes You may make changes aker Open Enrollment within 31 days following a qualifying event: Marriage Divorce or legal separa1on Birth or adop1on Change in your dependent s eligibility for benefits Change in work status that impacts your benefits Change in your partner s work status that impacts benefits Death of a partner or covered dependent 3
