Memo No.1755-FB dt and Govt. Order No.253-AR&AH/Sanction(SP)/4A-11/97 dt and G.O. No.319- AR&AH/Sanction(SP)/4A-11/97 dated (Issued by cancellation of G.O.No.289- AR&AH(Sch.)/ Sanction(SP)/4A-11/97 dated ) a total sum of Rs.9,99,000/- (Rupees Nine lakh ninety nine thousand)) only is hereby allotted to the Drawing & Disbursing Officers under the Head 2403-AH-Normal and SCP for SC as per details given in the overleaf for expenditure during the financial year for implementation of 666 Nos. Unit of the Scheme Distribution of Ram/Buck for Breed upgradation.the details of the scheme is to be maintained in the Computer at District Headquarter for proper information and monitoring system. In cases, where expenditure can not be incurred within his own delegated powers, the same may be got sanctioned by the Head of the Department or Govt., as may be necessary. The existing norms in respect of expenditure should be strictly observed. If necessary, funds may be sub-allotted to his subordinate officer(s). Cost of 3 (Three) She-goat/Sheep and 1 (one)buck/male sheep including transportation Rs. 750/- each at the age of 6 months and above : Rs. 3000/- 2. Cost of insurance charges : Rs. 150/- 3. Cost of partial feeding (L.S) : Rs. 700/- 4. Cost of Medicine Vaccine etc (L.S) : Rs. 200/- 5.
