1 Government of West Bengal Office of the District Magistrate, Food Section) ORDER Out of balance amount of Rs.54,98,655/- Rupees Fifty Four Lakh Ninety Eight thousand Six hundred and Fifty Five only) sanctioned vide G.O.Nos. 707Sanc)/ESCMDMP)/GENL-32/2011 dt.14/12/2011 & 293Sanc)ESCMDMP)/Genl-32/2011 dt.14/06/2012, a sum of Rs.2,21,322 2,21,322/- Rupees Two lakh Twenty One thousand Three hundred and Twenty Two only) is hereby sub-allotted to the all Block Development Officers of district for their respective blocks and to all Sub-Division Officers of district for the Municipalities and/or Municipal Corporations under their jurisdiction to meet up the cost of Transportation for carrying of food grains in connection with Mid-day-Meal Programme for Upper Primary Stage for the month December 2012 as per statement enclosed through Bank Advice System. This sub-allotment is based on the lifting report of Food grains sanctioned vide this office suballotment No.85544)/FS/V 85544)/FS/V-1/2012 dt.03/12/ /12/2012, received from FCI. Further to add that Transportation Cost of carrying food grains is paid after adjusting the Excess Expenditure involved during the period November 2011 to September 2012 and as per Less Expenditure ascertained by the Audit Officer, P.A.G. Audit), Kolkata for the respective blocks as noted in column No.6 of the statement enclosed) till adjustment in the successive bills fully. All S.D.O.s and B.D.O.s are requested to pay the amount on the basis of the Govt. order No.633/ES/PLNG/O/MDM-21/2010 dt.01/11/11 of School Education Department, Kolkata-91, failing which the D.D.O. will held responsible for non-compliance of the Govt. Order in force. It is also requested to submit a copy of the bills paid to the office of the undersigned in every successive month. Previous Unspent fund including this allotment, if any, can be utilized for the following months for the same purpose. Income Tax should be deducted as per rule and deposited under proper head of A/c. at the time of passing bill. They are requested to submit Utilization Certificate in respect of the fund sanctioned here in should invariably be sent to this end in proper format proforma along with statement of expenditure by the last working day of the following month.
