However, job-order will be issued on yearly basis after the performance of the vendor being evaluated. * Cost of tender document is 500/- (Rupees five hundred only). The interested bidder is required to pay the prescribed amount in the form of non-refundable Demand Draft from a scheduled commercial Bank in favour of SIDHO-KANHO- BIRSHA University, payable at Purulia at the time of submission of the tender. All responses to the tender must be submit in sealed covers superscribed Tender for Security Service to the following address by 2:00 P.M. on 19/08/2016 at SKB University, Ranchi Road, P.O. Saini School, Purulia * A Security Deposit of 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) has to be submitted by the selected party which has to be deposited in University Cash Counter. * The Security personnel to be engaged should comply The Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act, 2005 (No.29 OF 2005) and any amendment of the same thereafter. * The quoted rate should consider round the clock engagement with shifting duties wherever necessary covering the minimum wages and other allowances as applicable in the State of West Bengal for security personnel, employers contribution to E.P.F. and E.S.I., uniform charges, carrying of gun or any other service charges. * The vendors have to submit all related and relevant documents viz. current Trade Licence, Service Tax registration Certificate, PAN No., copy of Registration Certificate with Statutory Authorities (Minimum Wages, P.F., E.S.I., etc.), Page 1 of 5

2 Permission form police authority for operation of security agencies(copy to be enclosed) and other credentials. * The decision of the University Authority regarding this Tender is final. * The contract is liable to be cancelled at any point of time during the contract period without showing any reason thereon. * The selected vendor has to submit relevant documents every month regarding actual payment made to the Security Personnel and benefits offered to them along with the bills and also to the Internal Auditor. ** Tentative requirement of Security Personal a.
