1 Bar Council Staff Diversity Profile The total number of Bar Council staff on 31 October 2014 was 159 (up by 6 from 153 in 2013). Staff are employed across three different divisions: 33 staff sit within the Resources Group (RG); 44 staff sit within the Representation Policy and Services Group (RP&S); and 82 staff sit within the Bar Standards Board (BSB). Please note: Not all data is published to protect the anonymity of employees. Key Finding(s): Women and ethnic minorities continue to be under-represented at more senior levels of the organisation, particularly in RG and RP&S. That said it should be recognised that 12 staff lie this category (8%). 1. Age The age banding used for reporting on staff was changed in This means direct comparison with 2013 data is not possible.
