1 Benefits of Membership When it comes to discussing the great value proposition of being a Member of the Calgary Petroleum Club, did you know? We have a recently restored and refreshed facility after undergoing extensive renovations during the summer of The Club is located in the heart of the downtown business district. No- fee Spousal Memberships are included with all Memberships. We have one of the finest Wine Cellars in Western Canada, with great pricing. The Cellar is perfect for social gatherings, special events and VIP dining. The Club can do food take- out catering. Just call Carole Fjellstad in the Function Coordinator s office at (403) to discuss the possibilities. We have Reciprocal agreements with 50 Clubs worldwide that our Members have access to while travelling (Not applicable on Non- Resident memberships). The Club puts on a variety of entertainment events throughout the year. Seafood buffets, Easter & Mother s Day Brunch, Children s Christmas Party, Christmas and New Year s Eve parties, Wine tastings, Murder Mystery Dinner, Member/Son/Daughter night, networking opportunities at Happy Hour, Leaders & Mentors and Speakers Series to name a few. Our Function Coordinator s office will work with Members and their representatives to plan worry free business- related events, and memorable social and family events, to suit your budget. Think custom catering and no room rental fees (if food & beverage minimums are met). Updated A/V equipment is available to rent. There is free Wi- Fi throughout the Club. The Club has 15 rooms available for private events/meetings and 4 public areas for Member s to dine throughout the day and evening. Need a little workspace between appointments? We have a Business Centre featuring a computer with Internet access, printer, telephone, and wireless connections. Plug in upstairs at our Grab and Go bar to catch up on your s. Our Sports Bar is a casual area of the Club for lunch and taking in your favourite game on one of the many big screens. It features 12 beers on tap and 20 wines by the glass! Jeans are allowed everyday. Enjoy a friendly game of poker at one of our custom card tables!

This class of membership is capped at 350. $ GST monthly dues (includes a $10.00 Facility Enhancement Fee) $ minimum House account * (* The fiscal year for our Minimum House account spend goes from April 1 March 31. New Members are pro- rated to this when they are set up with a Membership). Billing and Payment Options Upon acceptance into Membership, the one time entrance fee will be posted to your first statement. Monthly dues are charged at the beginning of each month. There will be an invoice attached with your November statement for dues (includes a monthly $10.00 Facility Enhancement fee if applicable), for the entire coming year. This is an option, should you wish, dues can also be paid monthly. Accepted forms of payment: Cash, cheques, debit, online, or Pre- Authorized Debit (a form for this will be included with your New Members package). We do not accept credit cards.

3 Calgary Petroleum Club New Multi- Corporate Membership Offering As the Calgary Petroleum Club enters its 70 th year, our Board of Governors is offering an opportunity for multi- individuals from your business to join as new Corporate Members, at a reduced rate. When a minimum of 5 people join at the same time, our one time entrance fee will be reduced by 10% (a $ savings on each membership) Entrance Fee (minimum 5 new members) $2, GST each. When a minimum of 10 people join at the same time, our one time entrance fee will be reduced by 20% (a $600 savings on each membership) Entrance Fee (minimum 10 new members) $2, GST each. Terms and conditions 5 or more completed applications are required to be sent to the Club s Membership Coordinator at one time. Once applications are processed and approved new Members will be set up with individual memberships and the reduced entrance fee posted to their first statement for payment. Corporate monthly dues are $ GST per member (this includes a $10.00 Facility Enhancement Fee for the 2017 renovations). Minimum House account $ per year, per member. Our fiscal year goes from April to March. New members are pro- rated to this when set up with an account.
