1 Usi ng the New Webshop Our new Webshop i s simpl e to use, many of the processes are exactly the sa me as the ol d one, thi ngs j ust l ook a littl e different Thi s gui de is here to wal k you through the pr ocess if you re unsure how! The first thi ng we want everyone to knowi s that the app i s no l onger in use. If you want to order vi a a tabl et or mobil e devi ce you will need to go to our website through your def aul t web br owser (Saf ari/chr ome etc.) and fromt here ont o the Webshop. We advi se that all customers uni nstall the app if they have it. When you ent er the Website you will come t o the home page, as shown bel ow! The page f eat ures t wo navi gati on bars, the bar at the top i s for navi gati ng the Websi te. It has the opti ons: Ho me, About Us, I nspi rati on, Assort ment, Support, Cont act, Regi ster and Ne ws. These are all quite self-expl anat ory and are not to do wi th the Webs hop. To access the Webshop you need to use the navi gati on bar situat ed on the l eft si de of the mai n Ho me Page. When you cli ck on any of the i cons i n thi s bar, the bar will sli de out and gi ve you the opti ons i n the screen shot shown bel ow.

2 The Ho me butt on will offer you the choi ce of Fl owers, Sundri es, Pl ants or Log i n. The Deli very date Butt on bri ngs up a box i n the mi ddl e of the page that has a Cal endar wi th the Deli very dat es you are abl e to sel ect. As shown bel ow onl y the 12 th and 13 th are avail abl e here. Thi s is the Dat e you will get your deli very if you use your D Nu mber. If you use your C Nu mber thi s is the dat e you will coll ect! The next opti ons are Fl owers, Pl ants and Sundri es, pressi ng on any of these will open up the Menu s f or the separat e stocks. Any London stock select ed f or exa mpl e Fl owers London is stock that we have i n London. All ot her stocks are Li nked and i n Holl and! The Fl owers and Pl ants are all still i n the sa me group f or mat. E.g. Al stromeri a, Amaryllis, etc. The l ast opti on on the Menu i s the Shoppi ng cart opti on, thi s is quite self-expl anat ory and if pr essed on will show you the items i n your shoppi ng cart. Fl owers, Pl ants London and Sundri es London st ock is accessi bl e between 1pmand 10p m dail y f or coll ecti on or deli very the f oll owi ng mor ni ng. Holl and stock is li ve and avail abl e up until 10: 30a m Monday- Fri day f or deli very or coll ection the f oll owi ng mor ni ng. Pl ease check quantiti es caref ull y wi th Holl and stock, as often you are requi red to buy a l arger amount. Al so, once you cli ck to buy a product, you can t change your mi nd!

3 Bel owi s an exa mpl e of how usi ng the Webshop works, we have taken the Call a group as an exa mpl e. Let s say you want to add 10 stems of Zant edeschi a Capt ai n Cheeri o i nt o your shoppi ng cart, you woul d cli ck on the plus butt on and the mi nimu m a mount of ste ms you are abl e to buy woul d be added to your basket. Here the Zant edaschi a Capt ai n Cheeri o are sold i n 10s. The Pl us and mi nus buttons are used to up or down t he a mount of stock you have added to your basket. The mi nus butt on will not appear until you have one of the sel ected pr oduct i n your basket. When you have added one or mor e items to your order you can overvi ewyour sel ecti ons by cli cki ng on the basket on the si de bar to access your Shoppi ng Cart, bel owi s howt hat screen appears fromour de mo l og i n.

4 The bl ue butt ons al ong the top are used to control several feat ures. The First butt on Hi stori e is used to vi ew t he products you have bought i n the past. When cli cked you are abl e to sel ect a dat e and vi ewyour hi story up to thi s date. The Second butt on Export is used to all owyou to pri nt your shoppi ng cart. The thi rd butt on is Remar k, thi s all ows you to l eave a comment al ong wi th your purchase f or the Ni ght tea m(t he peopl e handli ng your order) to see. The l ast t wo butt ons are quite self-expl anat ory wi th the first bei ng conti nue shoppi ng, thi s takes you back to the l ast acti ve stock you wer e previ ousl y on. The fi nal butt on is the Done shoppi ng button. When you cli ck this, the message bel ow will appear. If you press ok, the purchase will be confir med. If you press cancel you have the opti on to conti nue shoppi ng. Pre- orderi ng Pre- or deri ng is rel evant f or cut fl owers, f oli age. Sel ect a date fro mt he Or der Products list Thi s is the dat e that the fl owers will be deli vered or coll ected. There is a much l arger sel ecti on of products i n thi s list wi th a compl et e range of si zes, grades and quality. The procedur e f or pl aci ng an order is the sa me as above. The pri ces publi shed i n the order lists are gui de pri ces onl y and can vary accor di ng to avail ability, seasonality and current de mands. Pri ces can change qui ckl y for some pr oducts, so pl ease bear thi s i n mi nd when l ooki ng at gui de pri ces. Or der lists are open up to one week i n advance. Any products pl aced on pre- order vi a thi s list will be bought specifi call y for you and as such you will be requi red to have the m, pl ease check order confir mati ons caref ull y after pl aci ng your order. You can re-visit the list and adj ust your order up until the list is cl osed (at 10pm t he ni ght bef ore we buy the fl owers, so approxi mat el y 36hrs bef ore you have a deli very or coll ecti on).
