This event offers one of the best networking opportunities for industry principals interested in market information, education, and business interaction. Sponsorship Opportunities Sponsor Recognition Every sponsor will be prominently acknowledged in all of ISRI s publications and web sites: Scrap magazine ISRI s web site, and Scrap magazine s web site, Sponsors will also be recognized during the Forum: Signage prominently displayed at each sponsored event to include company name. 2 New at the 2017 Commodities Roundtable Forum Exhibit Area Bars This year, ISRI is allowing for the placement of cash bars and meeting tables in the exhibit area so that exhibitors and attendees can continue to meet while staying close to their business. Exhibitors and Sponsors will have the opportunity to purchase quantities of drink tickets (minimum 20) in advance at a reduced cost. Tickets ordered by August 15 can be personalized with your company logo. Advance ticket sales will continue until September 5 with a generic ticket available. (See diagram enclosed). Furniture: Each display table is 6 feet long and draped on three sides. Signs: Exhibitors will provide their own signs, if desired. Electrical, Audio visual and Internet: Exhibitors are responsible for the cost and rental arrangements for electric connections, AV equipment and internet. Order forms for these items will be forwarded to all confirmed/paid exhibitors. Exhibit Sales Cost: $895 for ISRI Members; $1495 for nonmembers. Tables are limited to one per exhibitor. Sales: ISRI members are given first priority for exhibit purchase and position thru July 14. After that date, all tables will be open for general sale on a first come, first served basis. Complete the enclosed contract and return it with full payment. Booth locations will not be confirmed until payment is paid in FULL.
