13 ARTICLE XIV. BUSINESS DISTRICT B4 SECTION PURPOSE It is the purpose of this district to provide for various office and commercial uses for local residents, as well as the general public. These uses may be independent activities or part of a coordinated grouping of stores within a single building or center. SECTION USES BY RIGHT Uses by right shall be as follows: 1. SECTION AREA AND BULK REGULATIONS FOR PRINCIPAL BUILDINGS AND USES PERMITTED BY RIGHT 1.
