DM Lender Insurance Coverage Request Continued modeling process in spreadsheet format for new CICA XML response message. Response document is 95% complete. Message development and use of GEFEG tool to continue in interim phone conferences The CICA codes used for concrete blocks needs to be reviewed again, as there may be other codes better suited. Tim to send spreadsheet to Matt for review WG1 discussed plans to resume the interim meetings going forward from the Sept 2009 Trimester meeting. IICMVA Report by George Cooper/State Farm ASC X12 - State Reporting Update for 3. Auto Record Change 266/824 a. Erie Insurance is just beginning to implement with some tracking companies. b. Assurant is interested in implementing Auto 266 soon. c. Held discussion regarding which codes are currently being used including 024 (Cancellation or Termination), 026 (Correction) and 066 (Status Request). 4. Project Proposal CICA I-Guide Updates This project proposal is replacing DM and DM Our work group reviewed the Transaction Detail Code List. We worked on separating financial filing code list from the auto notification code list. We also reviewed the Transaction Detail Type Code List. Interim meetings will be held to add information to GEFEG. 5. CICA Development/Project Proposal I-Guide Creation for State Reporting (WSDL) Dan Temkin/State Farm (DM109207) a. The guide will contain preferred methods for exchanging data using our templates b. Batch inquiries are out of scope c. The WSDL can support multiple documents but they must be part of the same business process d. Timeline work group will work on I-Guide during interim meetings and send information to Dan. Dan will plan to attend our Wednesday afternoon session. Dan needs access to our Central Desktop. e. There is a WORD document with a checklist for the TR3. Becky Starr is working to get consensus from TG4 and TG8 on what the TR3 should contain. Both the WSDL and the TR3 would be available for purchasing from Washington Publishing. 7. Mortgage Discussion Electronic Insurance Verification for Condos a. Lenders are not listed on the Condo Association policy (unit owner lender does not have an interest in the master policy) b. Tracking companies are looking for information such as # of buildings, # of units in a building, replacement value. See complete list posted on Central Desktop. c. Coverage verification is currently being requested on the 266 for HO6 policies. 8. Mortgage Discussion NFIP Veronica Kidder/Assurant a. Most carriers are not sending Flood information b. Trackers will need to work with the NFIP to get data directly from them 9. Reviewed all I-guides to reassign delegate or sponsor that had Dave Brucker s name listed 10. Application Advice Discussion Pam Kiehlmeier/Erie Insurance a. Auto 266 discussion 11. Mortgage Record Change for Hazard Insurance a. Foreclosure carriers must have foreclosure date if trackers are sending in 266 b. Most foreclosure notices come from the lender instead of the tracker 12. Mortgage 811 New Guide
