5 Adding Flood and Commercial Reviewed work completed at September 2015 meeting. State Farm is sending basic commercial information only. There is a business need to add commercial segments to the 811. Trackers track each location on a commercial policy and the premium associated with it. Key Discussion Item Wind & Hail Exclusions LQ segment of the 811 V4010 x308 Tracking companies are requesting just an indicator that wind/hail is either included or excluded In AMT if amount is zero means it is excluded, and an amount means it is included Many carriers in the room are using x146 these segments are also included So if all policies have wind/hail included, tracking company would assume coverage is included if no LQ is sent. Sending the LQ with AMT zero would indicate an exclusion. Impact to customer depends on the lender for follow up requirements. (Letter to insured for POI) Could increase phone calls to the carrier. Hurricane coverage is also tracked. (LQ35) Key Discussion Item Mortgage Clause at the Policy Level One National General client has a concern with not getting the mortgage clause at the policy level. Mostly private labels Mortgage regulation is requiring the mortgage clause at the policy level more and more. Impacting Flood policies at this time, but other Homeowner lines may soon be included. The current 811 does not accommodate sending the mortgage clause at the policy detail level. Can we add a segment after the DTM Policy Expiration Date and Time and before NM! Servicing Insurance Agent? Or do we put it in the REF03 (pg 88)? We can add this requirement to our work for Changes to the Mortgage Notification Billing & Payment (811/820) Adding Flood and Commercial. Key Discussion Item General Mortgage Questions & Discussion Policy late fees nothing in the 811 indicates whether or not there is a late fee included in the policy premium. Need an indicator and ability to send the amount of the late fee. Late fees are shown on a paper bill for some carriers. Lenders are required to reimburse the borrower s escrow account if a late fee is incurred due to the lender late payment. IT1 is balance due; AMT Full Premium Amount is the annual premium. Fits best in the IT1?
