In event of their failure to do so, the Bank reserves the right to refuse to consider their application. 2. The Suppliers/Printers should have complete information on the delivery persons engaged by them and ensure that only persons having a clean police record are deployed for RBI duty.) 3. The Suppliers/Printers shall be responsible for and make good any loss or damage, caused by any act or default, on their part or on the part of their employees/agents to the Bank s property. 4. Bills for supplies made shall have to be submitted on a fortnightly basis and subject to the correctness of the bill, payment will be generally made within a week s time. 5. The arrangements with the suppliers/printers shall stand terminated in the case of their insolvency or them entering into any arrangement/compensation with their creditors. 6. The Suppliers/Printers shall be responsible for, and made good any loss or damage, caused by any act or default, on their part on the part of their employees/agents to the Bank s property. 7. The Bank reserves the right to avail of the services of one or more Suppliers/Printers for the same item of supply. 8. In the event of Poor/Deficient service, the Bank reserves the right to terminate forthwith the arrangement with the Supplier/Printers. 9. The Application Form (in prescribed format) shall be signed by a person, behalf of the organisation, who is duly authorised to do so.

If the space in the application form is insufficient for furnishing full details, such information may be supplemented on a separate sheet of paper, on behalf of the organisation, who is duly authorised to do so. 11. Timeliness should be maintained, in terms of delivery of Stationery/Printing/computer consumables. If found late/delay in delivery, the Bank reserve the right to terminate them from empanelled list. 12. Application containing false or inadequate information is liable for rejection. 13. The Bank reserves the right to accept any or reject any or all the application without assigning any reason. The above terms and conditions are considered during selection of empanelment.
