Ltd., 301, Regency House, 680, Somajiguda, Hyderabad or may be down loaded from our web site The complete forms superscripting the item on the respective envelop alongwith relevant documents/ credentials to be submitted on or before 23/09/2013 by 1700 hours at Balmer Lawrie & Co. Ltd., 301, Regency House, 680, Somajiguda, Hyderabad GENERAL GUIDELINES: All information asked in the prescribed form should be completed in all respect; no column should be left blank. All the pages of the form should be signed by Proprietor/partner/Director/Company Secretary and attested copy of Power of attorney should be enclosed. Specified Application FORM is to be submitted separately for each category of supply/service with sealed cover superscripting the category of the Transportation services on the TOP OF THE ENVELOPE. Registration of any applicant/firm/company is done entirely at the discretion of Balmer Lawrie & Co. Ltd.,-Logistics Services. Balmer Lawrie & Co. ltd., reserves the right to reject any application for registration of contractor, without assigning any reason. This registration is only for the purpose of registration of Road Transport Contractors for issuance of Limited Tender enquiries and does not guarantee any work to the Registered Transporter in any way. Actual award of work will be decided on a tender-to-tender basis after such registered Transporter quote against Limited Tender enquiries. In this regard it may also be noted that the tenderers / transporters may apply in any one category or in all 3 categories. Upon processing of application and the application found to be acceptable to the company, the applicant transport contractor shall have to sign and seal on each page of the general instruction to the tenderers, terms & conditions governing the contract and other standard forms for limited tender enquiries as token of acceptance of the same which shall be binding for the entire period of registration irrespective of the number of enquiries sent to them during such period.
