(drop offs can be placed in the drop box at the north side of the building). Only fully completed applications with payment attached will be considered. No cash please. Cheques and money orders must be made payable to BRCA with Farmers Market written on the Memo line. A $25 fee will be applied to all NSF cheques. If you wish to pay with Visa or Mastercard, please send in your application and, upon approval, we will contact you for payment information. Only full payments (no installments) can be processed with a credit card. LENGTH OF CONTRACT: Please check only one option below, and note that there is a new fee structure for those vendors who wish to rent seasonal vendor space in the Seasonal Premium Easy Load In area. Seasonal = $400 (16 $25 per week). Include total payment, do not post-date cheque. Seasonal = $400 (16 $25 per week). Include 4, $ post-dated cheques dated for June 1 st, July 1 st, August 1 st, September 1 st. Seasonal Premium Easy Load In = $550. Include one payment for $ & an additional separate cheque for $ (Spots are limited, and selection is based on the BRFM criteria and decision. Please see the Market Rules for more details). 5 Page 5 of 4 WAIVER FORM In consideration of being allowed to use the facilities of the Bridgeland Riverside Farmers Market (BRFM), we the undersigned, hereby agree to the following: To waive any and all claims that we, Name(s) (Must include all participating vendors): Business (operating) name: may have against the (BRFM), its Board of Directors and the Bridgeland Riverside Community Association, its directors and officers, employees, agents, representatives and volunteers. To release from any and all liability for any loss, damage, and injury or expense that occurs out of the use of any of the facilities of the Bridgeland Riverside Farmers Market, by the above named Vendor, their family, their employees or volunteer participants. To hold harmless and indemnify the Bridgeland Riverside Farmers Market, its Board and the Bridgeland Riverside Community Association, from any and all liability for any property damage, personal injury to any third party or other financial loss or expense, including legal expense and costs of a solicitor-and-his-own-client full indemnity basis, resulting from the participation in any event to be held on the facilities of the Bridgeland Riverside Community Association.
