This coverage will be presented to the FAI at the earliest opportunity, according to the FCEAD requirements. 6 2.20. Media contact: FFP/ EPCOL in their join venture have arranged for media coverage to be handled by Phoebus communication the FFP média provider. This includes professional commentators. Press release and media invitations will be issued on a monthly basis starting one year prior the event and on a daily basis during the event, this will include interviews, photos, video footage available Accommodation details for FAI/IPC officials : All the FAI/IPC officials will be accommodated at : Details of all Judging and Scoring Equipment to be provided. In Time CP scoring system Details of Public Address system to be used : EPCOL media set up and additional Public address if necessary Safety FFP/EPCOL will arrange for a full time first aid support, paramedics and doctor on site.
