1 TEAM INVII ITATION The Organizing Committee of La Molina is pleased to invite all the National Ski Associations to attend the Snowboard FIS World Cup to be held in La Molina Ski Resort in Spain, March 3 rd, The competition is composed of one race (ladies and men) in SBX, qualifications will be held on the March 2 nd. The Organizing Committee will host the event in accordance with the International Ski Competition Rules (I.C.R.) of FIS. ENTRIES Only will be accepted from National Ski & Snowboard Associations in accordance with FIS quotas and rules for the World Cup. The regular World Cup quota applies. Entries will be accepted in accordance with the FIS quotas and rules. All entries must be done using the FIS Online Registration System, through the FIS Homepage: "Member Section". Entries by mail or fax are no longer accepted. Deadlines for the Preliminary Entries is: January 21 st 2018, announcement deadline: Expected total number of team members, announcement of the provisional entries (competitors, coaches, accompanying persons and service personnel with arrival and departure dates). Deadline for Final Entries is: February 20 th, 2018 with definitive names Contact Person: Mrs. CAMPÀ, Bernadette Mobile: Office: for information: bcampa@lamolina.cat ACCREDITATION Team accreditation will take place daily, starting on Tuesday, February 27 th 2018 from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, at the Race Office, at the Museum of La Molina. RACE OFFICE & TEAM CAPTAINS MEETING Will be located in the Museum of La Molina.

2 ACCOMMODATION Please note that accommodation will be available at the FIS rate for the dates of the program only. Early arrivals and late departures are subject to availability and are not available at FIS rate. According to the FIS Rules, the rates are CHF 80/day per team members (athletes and team officials) for accommodation, half board. Each team will be held responsible for any damage incurred during the stay. Any kind of extras must be paid by the teams or athletes themselves. No Shows become charged to the National Associations directly to the accommodation office. All check-ins and rooms registration will take place at the hospitality desk at the hotel. Accommodation will be provided as follows: Important information: In order to accommodate all riders, coaches and officials in a correct way, we do need your announcement of team size January 21 st 2018, the latest. After the above mentioned deadline for team entries the FIS rate for hotel accommodation can t be guaranteed anymore. Price for extra night: /person/taxes included in double room with full board. Teams are advised to accommodate team members in double rooms because of the amount of rooms available. If teams needs single rooms the price is /room/taxes included with full board for the extra nights. The payment has to be done directly to the OC - accommodation, before arrivals by credit card or by bank transfer. Exchange rate: 1CHF = Euro 0,856 The State Government requires all tourism establishments to implement starting November, 1 st 2012 a tourist tax. The amount of the fee varies depending on the category of the hotel. The cost is 0,50.- per day for hotels/apart hotel of 3 ***, and 1,00.- per day in 4 **** establishments. It is a daily amount up to a maximum of 7 days. The payment of this tax has to be done, by each team, directly to the hotel.

3 SKII RESORT LLOCATI ION PARTICIPATI ION FEE According to the FIS Snowboard World Cup rules, a mandatory participation fee will be charged of CHF 30. (exchange rate is according to ) per official training, qualification, competition day for SBX. Total costs per competitor will be CHF 90. The participation fee has to be paid at the race office before the competition. We need to receive your request to quote a budged according to your needs. It s important to inform about the travelling schedule previously, as well as to inform about the team packages size. 4 LLI IABILLI ITY All athletes, officials and other representatives of National Associations will attend at their own risk. The organizer declines any liability for damages or injuries of athletes, officials or any other persons. All participants have to be sufficiently insured against accidents and illness by themselves or their National Association. ANTI--DOPI ING CONTROLL Anti-Doping control testing may be conducted in accordance with the rules and regulations set forth by FIS. FINANCIALL INFORMATII ION PRIZE MONEY According to the Spanish law (may be subject to modifications), the rate for sport performances is 19, Per Cent for residents in the European Union, and 24 Per Cent for non-residents in the European Union Transfers will be done on March 5 th and forwarded the appropriate checked. The winners must come to La Molina main Offices (at the Gondola) to complete and fulfill the following information: personal identification (Passport), account holder s name, account name of the bank, bank s address, bank s account, IBAN, SWIFT. The payment will be completed after the Organizing Committee receives the full and correct payment details.
